After several minutes standing in a long line, it was finally my turn to order, and just as I got to the counter and was ordering the bbq chicken plate, the phone rang, the girl put her finger up and answered the phone, went over to the huge oven, nodded, counted the birds, and then took the rather long order from this person on the phone, then finally hung up and came back to me, again asked what I wanted, and I repeated, I'll have the bbq chicken plate, the girl said, I'm sorry I just sold all the chicken! There I am standing there with money in hand and after waiting in line for 10 minutes, she ignored me to take the phone order. Then she said well what else do you want? I said I want NOTHING else, I came in here for the chicken and I said I will NEVER be back and I have NEVER gone back. That is lousy customer service no matter how good...

My very first and last time eating here.Walked in seconds after opening and was probably the second person to order right in front of a whole fleet of firefighters. I only ordered 1 plate to go. I not only got my food after every single one of them got their food. My mac n cheese was barely room temp and no plastic ware either and that was a surprise after driving all the way back across town to find out I had to eat my potato salad and cold mac n cheese with my hands. When I called to complain the lady simply asked for my number and said ok somebody will call you then hung up quickly. Let me remind you the owner was literally on the line cutting meat so he must have passed my ticket to the back of the line . SMH I don’t see any fires around here anyway to be getting...

Fantastic service. Delicious BBQ! We tried pork belly burnt ends, pulled pork, turkey, chicken, and jalapeno cheese sausage. The homemade mac, green chile cream corn, & beans were perfect sides. Dublin sodas are on tap at the fountain! Cherry lime & rootbeer for the win! The sauce is smoky & sweet with hints of spices, but definitely not spicy.
We were out driving around in the blizzard, helping stuck cars out if snow drifts. We drove by 3x and saw they were open on Superbowl Sunday. We're not into the game, but there are TVs everywhere tuned in.
