This place is super over priced for the service that is given. Unorganized system and all the employees seem stressed and frustrated causing them to fail in customer service including the manager, I ordered a cake with the manager himself for a 8inch cake basic design was initially charged $130 the cakes taste was ok nothing out of this world for the price and service and a design that wasn’t what I asked for. When I went to pick up the cake the girls showed me the cake I explained it’s not what I had ordered and stated I had provided a picture to make life easier and they stated it was the 2nd order that day that was wrong they apologized, the cake i originally ordered was pink heart shaped with same color bows on the side I stated no hot pink! I received light pink round cake with hot pink bows that I had to later switch the bows myself to fit my theme. So the girls ended up giving me a discount I paid $96 for a cake I did not order which is pretty ridiculous the girls just said “next time we will get your order right” for the the amount of money they charge and lack of professional service I should not have to wait for next time to get my order...

I usually don’t eat cake, I order a cake for my daughters bday party. It has been one of the best bday cakes I have ever tried. Very moist, light and airy. Not too sweet or dense. It was easy to order. They took their time with me trying to figure out what designs I think she would like. The cake came out exactly like the picture I agreed upon. Customer service is excellent and the party guest enjoyed the cake as well . My family enjoyed it so much we got another cake for her actual birthday. You guys open at 7:30am and don’t have any fresh bread ready for customers!!❌Please do better some of us just want a fresh bread in the morning before heading to work it’s disappointing to come in and no fresh bread only old bread from yesterday and still pay full price.
