Prominent here is "Save-a-Lot" - a Really Good Food Store. We Always go here for Meats. Why? Coz they have a Real Butcher to cut the Meat! At Reasonable Prices!

Often they have Very Good Fresh Produce too. They Color Code the Bananas 🍌! Always fresh to Color you Decide - How do I know?

I used to Drive for Save-a-Lot! I would go to the "Chiquita Bananas" Wharehouse in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Get a Big Load of Bananas, Fresh off the Boat!

Sometimes, They Would give Me a Whole Box that were "Slightly Blemed" but still good. I'd bring back for Personal Use or for my Church to 😉 Share.

El Mirasol is a terrific Latino grocery store! Big Lots is in this plaza, I think it's a bit overpriced considering it is supposed to be close-outs. Bealls Outlet I feel the same as Big Lots. Sav-A-Lot is cheap. You need to be selective when choosing fresh meats and vegetables, but you can normally get a good deal for your money. Family Dollar is exactly what you'd expect. Pinch-A-Penny is the biggest rip-off ever. The stores out front: Brooklyn Bridge has good soups and most sandwiches are good but the Cuban lacks pork; there is usually one paper thin slice you can see through, but that's not a true Cuban. We went in on Sunday to do a little shopping. There were absolutely no carts available except out in the parking lot and although I could hobble out to the middle of the lot to aquire a cart, it's not something I'm going to do. I have enough difficulty just walking. On top of that their motorized scooter was dead. Nope, if they don't care whether they have customers or not then neither do I.
