New Wave Nutrition — Restaurant in Plastow

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! I don’t eat very much being a single mom to four and working two jobs, plus going to school. I know my eating habits are poor so having the shakes (cookie dough is my FAVE!) really helps me get the nutrients I’m lacking and it’s fulfilling. I don’t work out as I’m exhausted from adulting. Since drinking the shakes I’ve noticed some weight come off and all I’ve done differently is have a shake a day. That’s it!

Ryan is extremely knowledgeable about his products and his energy/personality is what keeps me coming through his doors besides the fact the shakes taste awesome! I don’t like protein replacement that tastes chalky or has a nasty after taste. Non of his shakes taste like that.

I’ve also become obsessed with his aloe mixed with water. It’s so refreshing but also great for my gut. Having drinks made for you is such a convenience, especially being able to order ahead and just run in and grab it. If you haven’t tried New Wave Nutrition yet this IS THE SPOT!!!!

Ryan is truly the best in the game! I’ve been to other locations that do the same thing but their personality just isn’t there and the atmosphere isn’t as welcoming. Love this place, I have tried most flavors for all the mega teas (pink starburst is my fav) the power coffees, and the shakes. Great calorie conscious choice and convenient location for leaving the gym! Ryan is always friendly and his upbeat mood is contagious! It makes my day when I go in and am greeted by name! He takes the time to get to know all his customers and you can tell he is invested in Plaistow and looking for ways to be supportive and be involved. I have been going to New Wave Nutrition since the day Ryan opened his doors. I go there multiple times a week! Ryan is the best of the best.
