KFC — Restaurant in Plattsmouth

Had to wait an insanely long time in the drive thru for two biscuits. The lady at the drive thru was rude and was shoving food out the order window at customers, not sure how hard it is to hand things out nicely. Like I said, ordered two biscuits… no butter, honey, anything. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this store but come on. Called the store to bring it up and they acted like I was in the wrong. Not worth stopping if you ask me.

Decided after 6 months to stop by this location again. My mistake! I politely asked at the drive thru order station for butter and honey to be included with my biscuit. I also ordered a freeze beverage from the Taco Bell portion of the menu. After waiting nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru line of two cars, I was finally handed a melted freeze and a biscuit with NO butter or honey! I think that’s the final straw for me here, especially after contacting the store locally and receiving a careless response. I will never be returning to this location unless there are serious changes and I advise anyone reading this review to...

Bottom Line Up Front: Don't go here. They mess up orders frequently and have terrible customer service. No manager at night from what I can tell.

It's a routine event to have an incorrect order. Hey mistakes happen. When you go to back to get the mistake fixed you should be greeted with friendly customer service that's willing to fix the mistake and make the customer feel appreciated. Not at this place. I was polite to them but it was not returned. You'll get rude, or if you're lucky, laissez faire service. If they missed a part of your order they'll offer to add it back on for a charge and then you can wait for 10-15 minutes while they argue in the bank and call each other names. After waiting 15 minutes for two tacos that they left off the order they'll practically throw the bag at you and not even offer an apology or say thank you for being patient... This is one too many times with this place. I won't be back. I highly recommend not giving them...

DO NOT EAT THE BISCUITS AT THIS SITE. THE LAST TWO TIMES THE ONES WE BROUGHT HOME WERE RAW IN THE MIDDLE. THE POTATO WEDGES WERE ONE EIGHTH INCH THICK AND HARD AS ROCKS, MOST LIKELY COOKED YESTERDAY AND JUST WARMED OVER. CHICKEN TENDERS WERE SO TUFF, THEY WERE NOT EDIBLE. CALLED MANAGER A WERE TOLD THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE, NO APOLOGY. JUST BEWARE. now a year has passed, Thought we'd give it a try, what a mistake.Tried it three times and each time something was missing. Once no meat on the Mexican pizza, no chicken for the sandwiches so tried the sliders, no mayo, one pickle, they never remember the sauces, the last time today the box the chicken meal was in was torn and when it was removed from the sack it went all over the table. Never again, they need to get their act together or close before they kill someone. Worst Taco Bell / KFC OF ALL. To bad, the Colonel is probably spinning.
