Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Plattsmouth

Went through the drive thru at around 9:30 and tried to order KFC. Was told that it was closed at 9 and there were signs stating so. Didn't see a sign posted near the drive thru or on their big banner. Next, their menu is too far away from the speaker to be able to read it, and I have 20/20 vision. Finally, after being told they didn't carry several Taco Bell items that are normally carried at Taco Bells nationwide, I ordered two soft taco supremes. Pulled up to the window, see the sign about the store hours which makes no sense, and the employees were joking around and laughing and having a good time. Went here and asked them if they could make me 3 double decker supreme tacos, even though they aren't on the menu anymore. I have never had an issue at any other taco bell getting these made since they have everything needed to make them. The manager was rude and would not make them for me. I said all they have to do is put bean on a flour tortilla and stick the hardshell in them and I am happy to pay the extra for them. She was very rude and wouldn't budge. She just kept repeating over and over that they can't make double decker tacos. However if I asked for a burrito and add jalapeños, that wouldn't be an issue. I don't see the difference. We were visiting a relative in Plattsmouth for the week. We walked in, to place our order and were 3rd inline, waiting at the front counter. The single person at the counter was there when we walked in. Another couple walked in just ahead of us. We were there well over 10min and no one ever acknowledged that any of us were even there. Extremely disappointed!!! We left without placing an order and we won't be back!! Unable to rate the food with even 1 star because we didn't order any much less receive any food!!!
