As they are a new business, I'll try to be fair since I want to help them improve long-term:
Pros: They bake their own bread for their meal
The sandwiches they have provide a huge variety of unique choices
Their space is convenient in the business park and had a nice atmosphere
Cons Price. Sandwiches are easily near $20. This is nearly twice the price of Oak Road next door along with most other takeaway within 15 minutes of walking distance.
Service: I struggled to get the front staff attention. This was in an empty restaurant with 2 visible front staff and two in back chatting during the slow period
Wait times. I waited over 20 minutes for my sandwich to be ready. The artisan bread they use for each sandwich slows down how long you get your food
