McDonald's — Restaurant in Pleasant Valley Township

Workers have their masks pulled down below their Chins.I saw one woman leaning over orders basically her lips touching the food! Most of the workers have their masks pulled down below their chin handling food and giving it to customers. We watched this a while as customer after customer got possibly contaminated food. The workers were rude beyond belief to top it off when the mask situation was brought up some even yelling at the manager. These workers had sent out order after order taken zero precaution for the health of customers and covid 19 protection. I did talk to the manager . When she tried to talk to the employees they all disrespected her and refused to follow guidelines or leave when they were asked. The employees were telling at the manager just walking all over her. We decided to cancel order and get our money back as we didn't want food that employees REFUSED to handle safely. We got a refund and the manager tried to give us our food free but no way was I about to eat food from this place. Do not eat here if you are worried for you health in general especially worried about covid 19. Seeing employees leaning over food holding it where there mouths are basically touching the food......

Keep in mind this is my FIRST time at this McDonalds. I went through the drive through and got my food perfectly fine. I pulled into the parking lot to eat my food because I had time. As I’m leaving a cop is pulling in and he turns around and pulls me over. He tells me that a week ago the manager had talked to me and that I was banned from that location, it was my first time at that location. Come to find out, the manager was apparently yelling at me and my friends from the restaurant while we were sitting in my car on the other side of the parking lot. We never heard anything he said and never even noticed them. The descriptions of the people that were banned were three white males, and I was the only white person in my car. I ended up with a one year ban and the cop joked with me about going to any of the other 20 McDonald’s in the area. Last night went through the drive-thru in order to mix and match a McDouble and a chicken sandwich extra mayo dehydrated onions on the side in a medium mocha frappe the drive-thru lady said the McDouble comes with onions on it my husband said yes I know I would like to order on the side he said the order's right I just need a side dehydrated onions she said why do you got to be rude well I just want to make sure I understand what you want the truck up ahead of us had to go back through the drive-thru because I guess obviously she couldn't get anybody's order right that night McDonald's you really need to check who you're hiring because I won't go back there and I will not recommend anyone to go there I called the manager she could care less how her employees talk to the customers so if you want to get treated poorly if not I recommend the one on Kimberly great staff fresh food awesome place to eat I picked that one...
