I remember when Teriyaki madness came to this location over ten years ago. I distinctly remember ordering a steak teriyaki salad of some sort. The clamshell consisted of thinly sliced, decent tasting strips of teriyaki steak...on top of a mound of iceberg lettuce. That was enough to put me off coming back here, at least until today. I was coming off working nights and needed a late afternoon lunch and Teriyaki Madness came to mind. It's on one of my normal routes to and from work, so why not try it again? The space is functional, to say the least. There's a mix of high and normal tables in the very large space, as well as a table for a large group that seats up to eight people on leather roller chairs at the far west side of the space. The floor is a simple reddish brown concrete slab, while the ceiling is a solid black with florescent fixtures spaces throughout. While strange looking, I did appreciate the foam sound dampeners spaced throughout the ceiling area, even though some appeared to be slowly peeling away from age or other unknown degradation. I opted for a steak teriyaki bowl with vegetables and fried rice with a side of edamame on this visit. The bowl was out to me within 10 minutes and I quickly began to tuck in. The steak was well seasoned and tender, I'd definitely come back for this alone. The edamame similarly was good - it had the right combination of firm texture and slight saltiness expected of it. What utterly failed to meet expectations was the fried rice. The consistency was soggy throughout, nowhere close to the light, soy flavored fluffy rice texture I imagine fried rice to have. The scrambled egg was the only real discernable addition to the rice and was not homogenously integrated to the dish at all. At one point I pulled out a huge chunk of egg (it had to be more than one egg's worth of scramble) and extracted similar large hunks throughout the meal. This is probably some of the worst fried rice I've had anywhere. I cannot recommend this to anyone coming here - get normal rice, vegetables, or try the noodles. I really wish the food was better here - the overall ambiance is pretty nice, between the abundance of natural light supplied by the large windows and the low noise level overall. Even though it's close to home, I'm looking elsewhere for a good teriyaki related meal in the future. Just not worth it to me.

Quiet atmosphere, but whether you come through the wheelchair or stair entrance, you'll understand the "madness" inside. 😉 This is on the road on the way to Alcoa which is now Arconic. I used to come here every day for lunch while working on the domain switch in the IT Dept as there weren't many veggie optioned food places to eat near here unless you wanted to eat at the busy dirty cafeterias inside Arconic. 😆 The food is brilliant. I always get the large spicy chicken teriyaki including all the veggies (order extra veggies preferably) with yakisoba noodles and add soy sauce and spicy teriyaki sauce as you wish. They also offer chopsticks as well as the other utensils to fit the theme. 🥰 The service is always beautiful tattooed females up front with great eyes and smiles each time. Tip generously at this surprisingly quiet place with great food for under 20 bucks while stoned on a cloudy Sunday. 👍

1st time eating here. Very convenient location, quick parking. Had regular size orange chicken with white race and mixed vegetables. Everything tasted okay. Friendly cashier who delivered food to table. Clean eating area. Served in plastic bowls with plastic silverware. Nothing fancy here. Overall, convenient location, not over priced, recommend this place for quick lunch.

First time going here so I ordered the Chicken Katsu for lunch. I can say it's the worst chicken I have had in a while anywhere. The chicken was dry and flavorless. I did ask for all the veggies and I got 2 Broccoli, 2 slivers of zucchini and a little bit of onion. uhh ok. The Katsu sauce tasted like ketchup with some curry, honey and a little BBQ sauce and some other stuff. It was terrible. All I got was a ton of white rice, dried out chicken and no flavor. This dish made it to the trash quickly after a few bites. Low budget food, at premium prices. I wanted to give this place a try again so I bought the spicy chicken bowl as well for dinner to try and see if I got just a 1 time bad meal.

After I left work I tried again and it was slightly better, but this time I only requested broccoli and wow I got a whole 4 pieces this time! The chicken was a little better but again not dry because it was coated in the sauce, so unfortunately I would say this place is a hard pass for quality food. I can't recommend this place, and on a side note this place is in a strip mall and does seem a...

We wanted to try something we hadn't tried before so my husband and I stopped in. We ordered an egg roll, potstickers, crab rangoon, two drinks, a beef teriyaki plate with noodles and veggies, and a chicken teriyaki bowl with fried rice and veggies --- the total was a little less than $40. We knew we got more food than the two of us could eat in one sitting but we figured we would take some home for later. All of the food was hot, had great flavor, and seemed really fresh. The veggies crunched and I would particularly point out that the beef and noodles were SO good. The chicken was kind of a rotisserie or grilled chicken with the sauce on top but the sauce wasn't put on in a way that was congealed or gross -- which has happened to me with other places. Also, I really liked the sauce that came with the potstickers but wasnt a fan of the sweet/sour type of sauce that came with the rangoon but all the sides were crunchy and fresh.

All in all, we will definitely...
