Ordered a mocha tasted horrible. Just tasted burnt. They didn't scald the milk, I don't think, since the drink came out barely warm and quick. All the employees seemed like they just had a huge rush.

Sausage breakfast sandwich was totally edible, just not worth the $5.50.

There were 3-4 people working but somehow my food order was mixed up with another. They were just lost on who ordered what. The worst, and the nail in the coffin was that they were also mocking customers as the customers left.

After all the good reviews and the fact that this place was open early on a Sunday I was excited to have a great mocha.

I will not be returning.

Given the quick response from the owner of their Google location, I'll give this place a try one more time.

I drink coffee shop coffee on a daily basis since moving here, after leaving my Breville with one of my daughters as a parting gift and my home city where you could find great coffee shops on every corner. I'm well aware of how quickly a steamed milk drink can be turned around. My drink was still not at the temperature it should be at. The food is definitely overpriced.

If the coffee still tastes the same and is still cooler than expected, I won't be back. Which just means, I don't like the beans you use and therefore I don't like your coffee. Could be the roast causing the horrible flavor. Either way, I can spend my money elsewhere where I can finish the cup given to me. Maybe you have different roasts/beans available, it wasn't apparent.

The drink was left with your team showing how much I was able to drink before deciding very quickly that I would not be consuming any more. I was asked if I wanted another drink, there was no way I was going to have another undrinkable cup, and that's when I asked for the refund.

I most definitely heard the comment from your employee saying goodbye to her friends. That wasn't the issue regarding the nail in the comment statement.

Went here on 2 different occasions to get coffees. The first time I ordered 2 lattes. Both of our drinks were pretty bland and flavorless. Just tastes like milky espresso with no syrup or flavor. The second time in, I ordered 2 more drinks. One seasonal latte and a caramel macchiato. Again these drinks were bland and flavorless. One drink was supposed to taste like a cinnamon toast crunch, according to the menu. Tasted nothing like that. Lucky we took the drinks back and they helped us fix it. But not without a long wait. They started serving customers that ordered after we had already gotten our replacements started. Oh well. The replacements tasted better but still not amazing. The 20 oz latter should have 2 shots and I took 4 stars off because the ladies here don’t know how to make a latte, I though this place was going to be nice had good reviews, service honestly the ladies working today not very Cherie and kind of flat, maybe add some gluten free to your menu pastries. I paid lots of money for this coffee and try to support small businesses my husband said we should have gone to Starbucks refuse Starbucks because it’s not right.
