My son and I visited Bronzes Taqueria for lunch (take out). I ordered:

3 bean/cheese/rice burritos 2 shredded chicken enchiladas a la cart 2 shredded chicken crispy tacos a la cart 1 Chile Relleno a la cart

After ordering our food at the register, we claimed the empty table between the register and the salsa bar. We placed our number down, visibly.

When my son and I both turned back around from getting salsa, we noticed our food order was set on our table. We have been doing takeouts with Bronze Taqueria for a while, and never experienced any mixups before.

We live across town so when we finally got home is when my son and I discovered we were given someone else's food order by mistake. We had a long morning Thursday, so by lunch time we were too exhausted to drive back to Bronzes Taqueria. The food was delicious even tho it wasn't our order (basically a plate of beef tacos and another thing it two).

Today (Monday, April 21st, 2025) -

I went back to Bronzes Taqueria for another lunch takeout.

Ordered:

3 refried beans/cheese/rice burritos 2 veggie tacos a la cart 2 crispy shredded chicken tacos with red sauce a la cart 2 shredded chicken enchiladas with red sauce a la cart

Food was good + delicious as Always Service was friendly we got the right order! Yay :)

But today's visit was rather awkward when the employee involved from Thursday's food mixup approached me at the salsa bar. Instead of apologizing for giving us someone else's food order by mistake, I felt the guy was being direct and confrontational asking us why we took the wrong order!!

It wasn't a big deal, but I thought it was a little rude, and I was a little offended. But not enough to not go back!! ;)

The bottom line is ALWAYS check your takeout order even if the food was placed down at your table. ALWAYS check your takeout order BEFORE leaving Bronze Taqueria.

The food dishes I mentioned above are very good!! I forgot to mention, but Veggie burrito with Refried beans + grilled vegetables...

So I have dined here in person multiple times and have always had a great experience! The customer service is amazing, food is absolutely delicious, and prices are decent!

I recently ordered a door dash order delivery from here and my dasher never picked up the food!! It was close to their closing time so I called the restaurant and asked if my boyfriend can come and pick it up and they said yes, it had been waiting there for one hour. So my boyfriend shows up and gets the food, and as he is grabbing salsa, apparently door dash cancels the order because no dasher picked up the food.

The restaurant was super understanding of our situation. I called door dash livid and wanted to make sure the restaurant was still getting paid! They said yes, not to worry, so I hope that’s true!

Anyways, I will definitely be returning here, in person, and ordering a bunch of food. I 100% recommend...
