This is without a doubt the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I go once a year when I visit some family and see what crazy thing happens to me each time. Chipotle support stopped giving me my money back (probably because they get so many complaints about this location), so I don’t think I’ll be continuing this tradition. Don’t go here, I literally never have had a good experience. How they have been in business for years is beyond me.
Here are some of the crazy things that happened: -wrote in sharpie on my burrito (twice) since they didn’t foil wrap it properly (sharpie pics attached) -didn’t foil or tortilla wrap my burrito properly, cashier noticed and didn’t say anything, placed it face down so I wouldn’t see the exposed part that touched their nasty counter. When I get to the car, I notice and there is a huge stream of liquid coming out of the side of the burrito onto my car :) -Got free chips and guac through a promo. THERE WERE LITERAL SALT BLOCKS IN THE CHIPS, WAS SO SALTY. The guac was clearly extremely old from the freezer or fridge. Was rock hard and tasted like nothing. Was also oxidized. -Order two burritos. Employee wraps one, leaves, and then I wait two minutes for next employee to come and wrap the next one. Not that big of a deal, but ? -Employee gives me like 5 pieces of chicken. I ask for more, she gives like 3 pieces. I'm sorry, but I go to Chipotle for value. If I don't get value, I am certainly not getting high quality or insanely good service, so what's the point? The person making the burrito was fairly short, so idk if they were making their own portions, but I am a tall guy who does endurance sports and eats a lot of food as a result, so this one annoyed me since I had to supplement afterwards. Read moreAlright, we have been a long time patrons/fans of chipotle - and I want to write this review so some form of customer service and accountability is brought back into this location.
My takeout order was messed up! This has happened twice now in less than a month. We ordered a couple of veggie bowls a veggie burrito. After reaching home, to our surprise, one of the burrito bowl was labeled as barbacoa /meat bowl with someone else’s name.
We dont eat meat. So you could imagine.. I drove back to the location - and asked for a manager. one of the associates opened the bowl, smelled it and let me know it was just labeled wrong!
There was no sorry, nothing done about the experience/ lack of!
The manager lacks basic communication , completely inexperienced, unapologetic and instead questioned me if I got an extra bowl that was someone else’s!
I am all about encouraging youngsters and proving them opportunities to learn and grow - BUT not at the cost of customer’s experience!

Read moreThings I saw in my 15 min at this Chipotle: Trash: everywhere on the floor and tables Bathrooms: 1 locked 1 out of toilet paper no seat covers Food station: food everywhere just a mess at the assembly station Workers: 6 employees 1 person working when we got there. One guy at assembly wiped his nose with his gloved hand and continued making food. One other worker went to clean up a bag on the ground when mentioned by a customer she did not clean up any other trash around that. Trash cans: gone? Like just gone, there were no trashcans. Iced tea machine: leaking into a spare hotel pan. Inch deep of iced tea. 18"x24" spill tray around iced tea machine 1/2" deep. Burritos: we got two and one was significantly larger than the other.
Summary: This is a last resort 9pm nothing is open kind of place.
Edit: It has been several hours, and my partner has gotten food poisioning. I fear I am next.
