Horrible!!! As a long-time patron of Jack in the Box, it is with great frustration that I write this review. My repeated experiences at this establishment have been nothing short of exasperating. The most glaring issue is the blatant disregard for the posted operating hours. Time and again, I have found the restaurant closed during times it should be open according to the hours listed on their website, Google page, and store front. This inconsistency is not only inconvenient but also disrespectful to us as customers.
The drive-thru service is another area of concern. It frequently closes early or opens late, further demonstrating a lack of commitment to customer service. This pattern of unreliability has been a consistent issue for years, and it's disheartening to see no improvement.
Furthermore, the handling and storage of food raise serious concerns. On several occasions, I have observed chicken and hamburgers being stored improperly in the freezer. The lack of sealed and separated containers is not only a violation of basic food safety practices but also calls into question the overall hygiene standards of the establishment.
My patience has reached its limit, especially after my most recent visit where, to my dismay, the restaurant was closed at 8 pm, hours before the scheduled closing time. This is not an isolated incident but a recurring pattern that has been highlighted in numerous reviews, yet there seems to be no effort from the management to address these issues.
It's apparent that the current management is either incapable or indifferent to the situation. As a result, I am compelled to escalate my concerns to the corporate office. Read morei came here dec 17th and i have never felt so disrespected by a customer service personnel. the young man was very hard working and tried his best to be nice. on the other hand, the elderly short latina kitchen lady with big hoops was very rude and talked bad about us in spanish right in front of us. mind you my whole family looks mexican but ok whatever…. what had happened was we arrived there around 6 pm. usually jack in the box is my last choice because i have had bad experiences in the past. but the young man took our order. he didn’t know that the kitchen lady “forgot” to turn on the milkshake machine so we waited like 15 mins for a milkshake. the elderly lady was too busy socializing with other customers and bringing them free food. i think they might’ve been her close friends ot family. but anyways we went back to order food at 7pm. she said they were “too busy” to take our order and that we needed to go thru the drive thru if we wanted anything. and we explained to the young man that we had a flat tire and we couldn’t go thru the drive thru. the lady tells him in spanish “tell them it’s not my problem. tell them to leave because i don’t care and i’m tired” but as soon as we left she brought MORE food out to those customers mentioned earlier. this type of behavior is unacceptable and she should be retrained on how to be nice to people, or atleast not talk bad about them right in front of them.

Read moreI was harrassed and treated horribly today by one of the employees working at the drive thru during lunch time in front of my children. After paying for my order I simply asked the cashier for a hamburger box and explained that I would like it because I wanted to split my kids fries that were present in the backseat. He became enraged with me over just this question and said “NO!” I tried to explain why I needed it and he told me I’m not taking your order again! But I was only asking for an empty box. He again became hostile and yelled at me that he is not taking my order again. He clearly did not speak English well and was not understanding the word “box”. He scared my small children in the backseat when they seen their mom being yelled at by this employee for no apparent reason. I never once raised my voice or treated him rudely. He just couldn’t understand English well and assumed what I was saying and over reacted. I saw him make a fist to another employee gesturing that he wanted to hit me and I then grabbed my phone and told him I was going to call the police if he tried to hurt me. I recorded this man and his crazy behavior, he referred to himself as “Alex” on my recording. It was very traumatizing for my children and I need someone to contact me about this immediately. He was already upset by a previous customer before me and took his frustration out on me when I did not deserve it.This should NEVER happen and this employee should be reprimanded for his erratic behavior.
