I waited 10 minutes to be continuously ignored by two young men that looked lost and confused, 1 guy started a order with a customer infront of me but then took off to the back of the store for minutes until I had to bother the other guy whom never greeted or acknowledged me at all, then another customer came in after me and they immediately greeted her and proceeded to take her order. Worse customer service ever!!! Went in and the guy looked high and doing other stuff walking to the back ignoring me and another customer. I tried to order my sandwich I told him what I wanted he put the bread in and walked off to the back again. When he came back out he went to another customer. I have never posted a Google review but the Pleasanton location on Bernal Avenue deserves one. I had the veggie sandwich and it was absolutely amazing! I could taste the quality in the produce and fresh bread which is a plus. I couldn’t get over how clean the place was and the pleasant staff working at this location. The managing staff was attentive and helpful as it was my first time ordering. This is definitely my new sandwich spot, highly recommend...
