Best Food In Town - Pleasantville — Restaurant in Pleasantville

I come from north jersey to visit family. Each and every time they've ordered food to our address in south jersey, the food is actually the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Abnormally bad.

I've ordered from other places around. And I've ordered from this place in the past from a different address.

We always get general tso's chicken. And I'm not exaggerating when I say this. But the chicken they send us is the blandest, stiffest chicken I have ever tasted in American-Chinese cuisine.

We're ordered several times from this place. At first, I thought it was a fluke. But after getting this same quality each and every time, I decided to call from a separate number to have food delivered to a different address.

Totally different quality! It came actually tasting like real chicken and not wet paper.

I thought it might have been a tipping issue with my family so I asked how much they've tipped in the past. Admittedly, it was around 7-10% each time. My 68 year old grandmother then told me that when the delivery person comes, he rudely asks for more tips from her. Mind you, they've always tipped 7-10% consistently. But they've never NOT tipped them.

So I encouraged my family to start tipping more. The problem is, that no matter how much we tip now, and now it's 20% each time, we don't get quality food delivered to our address.

Our home was legitimately blacklisted or something on the restaurant's end. And this is legitimately bad business practice.

I encourage everyone who orders from this restaurant to make sure you tip properly because, if you don't, they will blacklist you and misprepare your food and will never take you off even if you start tipping 20% or above.

Drove from EHT to Pville, order Chicken w/Broccoli and pork fried rice their food is pretty good if I took that drive just for one order. Came back home getting ready to eat when I notice they put more broccoli than meat.

Called the restaurant to tell them and basically the woman that answer the phone called me a liar and that I probably ate the chicken before calling them. I don't need to lie about something so basic. I know prices are pretty high on everything but that doesn't give them the right to give less food. They should give a decent portion for the price we're paying. Is really rude of yall part to call a customer a liar. Looking at yall reviews is not only me saying this, instead of calling the customer a liar you guys should do something about it because it look like you guys are ripping ppl off. Not cool. And since that woman that answer the phone wanted me to go back with the food so she can see if i was lying or not like she is giving me gas money or gas is free well I have attached the picture so every one can be the judge, I took the picture before taking a bite. They say they deliver, well let me be honest, they refuse to deliver to Atlantic City, they say too far away. I have ordered from them in the past. They over cook chicken, when you oder half chicken with shrimp fried rice. They should conduct a more positive business if they want to keep What is not the best food in town. The better business bureau will be notified, for false advertisement, hopefully Trenton slams them hard enough with steep fines and penalties. Their Attitude towards customers, is very rude, they have lost my business, I go else where now. Besides Hong Kong House in Atlantic City has better food, not over cooked, they are happy to have my business, where as best food in town, is not the best food in town, they can't Even cook chicken without burning, it's so hard my dog won't eat it, he uses their over cooked half chicken as a play toy, he's not stupid, he won't eat it either, must be bad...
