Marco Polo Pizzeria — Restaurant in Pleasantville

They have a cook there that has a beautiful food presentation. My grinder and onion rings are drained of oil. All of this presented to me in a clear container Beautiful 7Jun25 Update! I have been a customer of Marco polo since the Marine owned this restaurant plus 5yrs. I placed an order for a sub, fries, and 1liter soda! Some young woman answered the phone. I asked for the deal with sub, fries, and soda. I decided to upgrade to a whole sub instead. I asked her what sodas do they have and her response was Pepsi products. That kind of talk is employee related not customer oriented. Then, I asked her to name 4 sodas and I chose pineapple. I asked for a total and asked something else and she placed me on hold and this woman was just as bad rushing me off the phone. I spoke to the delivery driver about it and he listened. And he knew we had deliveries 4/5 years. If you can't interact with customers properly you're in the wrong business. Also, you're in business to make money not push it away cause you're not in the mood. This is why you're changing hands so much! Customer...

I placed a order to be picked up around 8pm....the person answered the phone attitude was dry to say the least to the point I felt like I was bothering him by calling in a order. You could bearly understand him through all the mumbulling and heavy accent ...Red flags should of told me not to order from this place but I went ahead anyway.. I ordered the secilian pizza with the dough allitle crusty but not burnt or too crusty with pepperoni , meatballs and a 20pc wings with sauce on the side ..I got my food home and the crust was too toasty opposite of what I expected and they skimpt on the meatballs and pepperoni (how can you skimpt on a pizza toppings? Isnt pizza only consist of cheap dough?) . The wings with sauce on side was flavorless, flourless , not crispy ,and disgusting to say the least one word sumation (wack) I will not patron this place again . They have a sighn on the wall that say if you like it tell everybody and if you dont tell us..im telling every body including you...

❌❌ I will not be making business with this restaurant again. I was honestly amused while I was sitting down waiting for my order, the young lady at the front was by the phones and what it seemed like she was calling. Alongside her was a young man who is the delivery driver. I believe the owner walked in and started ranting to the driver “stay over there what are you doing. You’re not in dress code why are you wearing that (which was a jacket because 1. It is cold 🥶 . I was shivering in the pizzeria. 2. I wasn’t aware there were uniforms at this place since everyone wears normal clothing.) now I may not be fully aware of the whole situation but I absolutely know you shouldn’t talk to your workers like that! Especially In front of people! Now, I am all about the golden rule. “Treat others the way you want to be treated.” Kudos to the young lady who stood up for him because many won’t do that. Young lady you deserve a raise and a round of applause! 👏...
