I usually don’t leave reviews, but the experience I had tonight was so unbearable, I wouldn’t be doing my due diligence in helping others save their money. My wife ordered our family’s dinner and I planned on picking it up on my way home from work. When I arrived at the location, I waited 5 minutes to be greeted, there was no one in sight and when any of the employees would see me, they would just stare and keeping doing what they were doing. When I was finally greeted, the waitress was nice “initially” and apologized for the wait. As she was handing me my food, she asked me was the meals paid for and I said yes. As I was ready to drive off, she comes out yelling stating I didn’t pay for the food. I told her my wife made the order and that I thought everything was taken care of on the phone. She angrily said “we don’t take payments over the phone!” As a worker of the restaurant, it’s your responsibility to check what the status of the meals are and what’s paid/not paid. How am I suppose to know your procedure? This is only my second time at this location. So I told her I thought the payment was taken care of and it was no problem; I will come in and pay (it wasn’t a big deal). As I went back into the restaurant I was greeted by another employee named Tatyana (she was great and really helpful throughout the entire situation). When I began to pay for my food, I was told that the employee who caught my attention outside kept saying “I got him!”, which alluded that she actually thought that I was actually trying to steal even though I told her multiple times about the situation. Fast forward, my family is eating and my son wanted chicken tenders and fries. As he was eating his chicken tenders he found a long piece of hair mid bite on his chicken, mind you he’s only 4 years old. I called the restaurant and talked to Tatyana again and she made sure he received a different order (which was the Mac & Cheese). After getting off the phone with Tatyana, my wife alerted me that she had hair in her rice. Now at this point I am angry and disappointed, this was a waste of my hard earned money. When I went to pick up my son’s food, I told an employee what transpired with my wife’s food as well. At this point my wife was so disgusted she didn’t want any replacement for her food. I asked the employee if the chefs wear any hairnets or use gloves while preparing the food and I was told no. When I returned to my hotel to give my son his remade food, he showed me he had a long piece of hair in his food. We immediately threw all the food away. I know this was long winded, but this was one of the worst experiences at a restaurant I’ve ever had and we will never return to this location. Beware ordering food from here because I was told there’s new management, save your money.

Extremely friendly establishment with great Mexican dishes. All wait staff were extremely kind, the kitchen staff were wonderful and cooked everything perfectly, and the menu is very easy to understand. Monday-Friday 3-5PM is when happy hour is offered for alcoholic beverages and certain appetizers(chicken tenders, nachos, etc). I have eaten here multiple times and every time I am greeted with both a warm welcome and a great meal. Denisse was my server and she did everything correctly. She checked on us multiple times during our stay, went over all drink selections(it wasn’t just a “we have Pepsi products”, she went above and beyond even listing off menu drinks like Arnold Palmers they can make). She didn’t pressure us at all, didn’t make us uncomfortable, and was extremely friendly. She also helped us pick the best dessert option I’ve tried so far from this establishment at the end of the meal! Everything you’d want and more. I ended up ordering the chile rellenos from the à la carte section. Even though they don’t come with meat you can order a side of meat(in my case, I ordered steak), extra cheese, or both! Every visit is tastier than the last. All meals you can request changes/additions and requests are easily met. For dessert I had a cheesecake chimichanga and it was delivered with the cutest little edible drawing. The perfect end to a perfect night. This place really does go out of their way to make your experience one you will positively remember. This restaurant offers take out, dine in(indoor and outdoor seating), and delivery(though partners like Grubhub) meal options. Please support this establishment if you’re thinking about dropping in. Everyone is wonderful and this is definitely a little restaurant you can call home that will have you excited to come back each time. 🫶

The management of this place is HORRID. They are very peculiar about who they properly assist. I am treated with a lack of respect and simple customer service whenever I have attended, even when I provide respect, smiles and simplicity, like you should everyone. They often forget parts of my order that you would think are hard to miss (lettuce, tomatoes, salsa…) and then have an attitude when KINDLY and respectfully brought to their attention. The communication is below par and again, their attitudes even worse. In the past this may have a been an okay spot to stop by, but now, I don’t believe I will ever be returning after the CONSISTENT lethargic service. (I can’t take credit from the ONE staff member who was actually sincerely kind and helped me out, by fixing my order, apologizing for his coworkers and bosses, as well as wishing me a enjoyable rest of my day. I appreciate him. (younger slim guy with long hair and glasses))

We had a Meeting there for 3 days over the weekend of April 5-7 2019 Friday, Saturday and Sunday In the basement banquet room. At first sight the place was really nice and since it was a restaurant we all decided to eat lunch there and sat at the bar. Friday was ok but I noticed that the bartender was only speaking to the 3 Latino guys who spoke Spanish but no big deal the food was ok so we paid and left. Then Saturday lunch time comes and we sat at the bar again but this time was a very negative and angering situation. The bar seats 8 people at the bar and another 8 at tables in the bar, there were 9 of us in the bar area from left to right there were 2 white guys,1 Latino guy, 2 black guys, 2 Latino guys 1 white guy there was also a 9th person in the bar area but not at the bar (white guy). The waiter took everyone's order and personally brought their food out to them except the 2 black guys, he had a busboy come out from the back, take his apron off and instructed him in front of us to take the black guys order which he did. This was an obvious attempt to make the black guys feel uncomfortable, belittled, unwelcome and demeaned it made the entire experience uncomfortable for all in our group. We were all very angered, disgusted and disappointed with the entire experience, it had such a negative impact on our group that after lunch we talked about it for about 30 minutes. After a brief discussion a few of us decided that we would never patronize this establishment again. THIS SORT OF PREJUDICE SHOULDN'T BE TOLERATED AT ANY PLACE IN AMERICA

To the owner who replied to my review not only did their order get taken first but their food was coming out to them while the busboy was still taking our order......so no sir this wasn't a simple mistake your employee/ the bartender never even spoke to us or acknowledged we were even there other than telling the busboy to take our order. So if this kinda thing really isn't tolerated at your establishment....then you might not wanna simply try to belittle the seriousness of this situation and actually address it to your staff.....either way we...
