Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Plymouth Charter Township

When this place first opened they had picture perfect coffee. You could tell they were following recipe cards and setting standards for their new establishment. I would go every morning. Recommending to coworkers and friends. Now the last 5-6 coffees I have received have been absolutely horrible. They were not made correctly just looks thrown together by someone who could care less. I’ve had to go to work and literally add cream and sugar to make it drinkable. I would not buy a coffee every morning if I had time or care to brew my own coffee. When someone pays for a service it should be fulfilled completely, if not for the standards of your establishment, at least for the hourly wage you’re paid to fulfill the service. If you want to make shitty coffee to make a shitty morning for another individual just go find a new career. I came yesterday I had curdled cold foam. You know what cottage cheese on the top of your coffee looks like? Well I do, that’s what I was served yesterday. To make matters worse I went in today for my replacement coffee and they didn’t even know how to make the coffee I ordered correctly. All you have to do is google and anybody can find the anatomy of a vanilla cream cold brew coffee. I hope you read this and know exactly who I am so you can know that I will never waste another dollar in your Tim hortons due to the low standards you hold for your employees and the items you serve...

Hands down the best experience we’ve had at any Tim Hortons.

We went through the drive-thru at this location on June 19, 2025 around 11:53 PM, and I didn’t catch the name of the person working, but he was amazing. I had placed an order online, and when we got there, they let me know that they were out of the cookies I ordered. They offered to swap them for muffins, which was totally fine by me, even though our kid was really looking forward to a cookie.

Then the employee grabbed a donut and handed it over with a smile, saying it was for our kid in the backseat, on the house.

Even though this Tim Hortons is a bit out of the way for us, I’d gladly make the extra drive just to receive excellent service again. When you compare the Google reviews of other Tim Hortons locations nearby, this one clearly stands out, and now I understand why.

Also, shoutout to the chai latte, it was hot, perfectly balanced in sweetness, and honestly better than most other places where the sugar is usually overdone, even when we ask for light or regular.

A big thank you to the team working that night, especially the employee at the window.

$5 for a overpriced crappy medium iced capp?! If you want a good quality SAME CONSISTENT FLAVOR/TASTE iced capp that costs less, go to ANY Tim Hortons location in Canada.

(I'm from the US) I have tried multiple Tim Hortons Locations (specifically in Michigan) and ALL the Iced Caps taste different. It's VERY INCONSISTENT in the US. It's a different taste each time. It not even the same level of crappy taste each time.

Maybe the US has to use different ingredients, but it does not make sense as to why each location makes the iced capp taste different.

This is the last time I'll try a US Tim Hortons location. From now on, I am ONLY going to visit the Canada locations. That's where the quality is. It doesn't surprise me, Tim Hortons originated...
