Newburgh Lake — Attraction in Livonia

Great local lake. Fun for kayak/canoeing, fishing, and ice skating. Only bummer is (as far as i am told) you can't swim in here. If you could swim it would be perfect! But it is a perfect landscape item to enjou while you exercise, stroll, or fish on or around the lake. Very glad we have it. If we could improve the water quality in the future, it would be a great target to upgradde the lack to be safe to swim in! (If my understanding is incorrect, and you CAN swim here, please share the evidence. It would be awesome to swim locally...

This lake was the nearest relaxing park during the summer. Same if we go on winter we can experience frozen lake experience the fun moments. Enjoyed the lot with my friends. People will do fishing in the camps and play ice hockey and some people will go for Sledging, Ice walking etc... Floors are very slippery during winter time...

Lovely hiking the lakeview trails are challenging only complaint is there is not enough trash cans for garbage but please everyone pack in pack out if u take it with u take it out with u there are no garbage cans except one off the main trail I'm assuming a homeowner...
