Wawa — Restaurant in Plymouth Township

I wanted to put this review down because on August 26th in the evening I have went to withdraw the only $20 that I had in my account to get something to eat outside of the store period. I was really tired that day and I had worked and took a nap so I was a little groggy and having anxiety because there was somebody next to me a worker changing the trash while I was withdrawing the money. When the 20 came out I grabbed the receipt and forgot ybe 20. I went to my car and realized what I did and ran back in to grab my money and it was gone and so was the worker. I went to the register and asked to speak to the supervisor and 6 min went by and asked again and they told me that he was busy and couldn't tend to me. I went to my car upset and called the wawa and asked to speak to the manager. The manager got on the phone and I explained to him the situation and he automatically started assuming saying I took it with me I threw it in the trash and somebody took it and all these other things so I was telling him that what I saw the worker was there and I know he took it and if he didn't I will personally apologize I just wanted him to check the camera and he didn't want to. I told him that I would report hi. And the worker because it was so unprofessional the way he was handling the situation mi d you that was the only 20 that I had left and I didn't have any money to get food or food at home. He got rude with me and I tried to get his name and he paused for about half a minute so it ended up that I called corporate on him and the worker because he told the wawa help line that the camera was not working people like this do not deserve to have a job they don't deserve a position like that if they are going to be an honest cuz I would have never did that to anybody you don't take food from a mother and kids mouth...

If I could give this location zero stars I would. The experience of even trying to stop for a quick breakfast here is difficult and painful. While I often find this kind of experience at other Wawas too, this location takes the cake.

If you're lucky enough to survive unscathed the gauntlet of over-sized commercial vehicles crammed in their tiny parking lot, the real fun begins inside.

It's dirty and crammed with people. You have to stand elbow-to-elbow fighting your way through just to get coffee. The grab and go breakfasts suck. They don't stock or replenish the sandwiches, and the bins are usually empty or sparse (and for some reason they have a particular aversion to hash browns). Getting in line for a sandwich is not an option if you want to get to work at a reasonable time. And checking out is it's own adventure. I can't tell you how many times I walked out empty-handed because I could not get service.

Then of course good luck spending another 10-15 minutes getting out of the parking lot because the entire fleet of 1-800-WE-GOT-JUNK trucks congregates there along with dump trucks, delivery trucks, landscaping vehicles with extended trailers, and others are there blocking the way out. The parking lot is tiny and at best built to fit regular sizes personal vehicles. And don't even think of trying to get gas here.

In short, do yourself a favor- don't shop here. And for Wawa management, I realize you don't care so long as your locations make money, but maybe you should take a trip down south time time and visit a Bucees to see how a convenience store really works. This store has a 2.8 star overall rating and a significant amount of 1 star ratings...

This morning of August 31st 2025. I went in to grab a wrap i also grabbed some ice. The morning shift had came in and were in between the isles talking. I got the ice and came to the waiting are but as I did a female employee says don't spill the Ice on tbe floor. I had already walked away from the machine,leave people alone no one is bothering you,you weren't on the clock yet so why worry. You have no idea what people are going through-what sort of problems they are carrying on their backs so why mess with anyone. I came straight home and prayed for her because I do have a lot on my back and its Sunday ( The day that the lord has made for all to rest and to be good to one another) why say anything if you're not going to say something nice.. Be grateful for your job and what you have, For it can quickly go south for being bad to people. I prayed for you. The next b person might...
