Burger King — Restaurant in Plymouth

The food was fresh and accurate with my cheese allergy, however the attitude from the drive-thru employee was rude and unnecessary. I asked for a couple minutes to decide what I wanted, as I don't eat here and don't know the menu. She was very short and rushing me. It was also late at night and no one was behind me. I asked for my sauce options for the side and she sped through them as if they were one word; I barely heard what they were. Then once I paid she said to drive up at the corner and the food would be brought out to the car--which I thought strange to not just put it through the window. This specific Burger King has terrible service. I am not sure of her name but the lady who is always at the window is always in some sort of rush. She never lets you speak and just slams the window shut. I asked for two honey mustard and she gave me one so when I asked for another she gave my barbecue sauce and gave me a lecture on how I need to order the sauce on the mobile app or on the speaker. I then told her the mobile app didn’t allow me to select a sauce and add it to my order it was all greyed out. She then rolled her eyes and said yeah well then next time order it at the speaker. I had a cashier rip my money right from my hand. She proceeded by slamming the window in my face. When I asked her what was wrong, if anything, and she told me she was the only one back there. I asked for sauce and she told me to drive around, again slamming the window in my face. Terrible customer service and the food wasn't much better. Apparrently short staffed as well, according to the employee. Sad part is we were on our long way home from my Father's funeral. Her poor service and attitude really made the ride that much longer!
