Marshalls — Local services in Plymouth

This stores women's restroom was beyond disgusting! And please don't use the excuse that one of the stalls was out of order - the rest of the area was filthy. It never smells even close to nice in this restroom. I left without purchasing anything. Fix it! A few weeks later --- went back in to see if they had cleaned the restroom - they had , minimally. Long, long line at checkout - one person on register. Where did they find this guy????😳 He was dressed as if he had just finished a game of B.B. - I bought a top- he literally punched it up and put it into a bag with a glass pitcher that I had bought and asked him to please wrap the glass item. He didn't wrap the glass item. When I see things like this it makes me think that Marshalls is not paying a decent wage. This store - staff-wise is a mess. Even the manager needs some help in the professional presentation department. I won't shop there unless I can't find what I need...

Last week I bought an oil diffuser that was on clearance. When I got it home and opened it half of it was missing and it was covered in old oil. I returned it today, returning things is annoying because you have to wait in the regular long line so I try to avoid it. The cashier was super sweet about it and apologized. Please give Steph in beauty a raise! I went in looking for a specific makeup brush set that is in high demand today. She searched in boxes and out back for me. They didn't have them but she took my name and number down so if they did come in she could call me and told me she would hold one for me 🥰 In a day and age where most people don't want to work you can tell she really cares about her customers and her work!
