Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plymouth

Wouldn't reccomend coming to this one first thing in the morning, and by first thing i mean 7:30am. 4 days, no I did not make a mistake, that's supposed to say FOUR days, in a row now, my husband's gotten breakfast for me from this specific dunkin. ALL 4 MORNINGS they somehow manage to get the order wrong! It's not that hard, 1 bacon egg cheese croissant and 1 sausage egg cheese croissant......ALL 4 DAYS I GOT 2 BACON EGG AND CHEESE CROISSANTS!!!!! NO SAUS EGG CHEESE CROISSANT. HOW FREAKING HARD IS IT TO GET ORDERS RIGHT THAT ARE THAT EASY?!?! AND FOUR DAYS IN A ROW NONE THE LESS. Are your people illiterate or do they just not give af about their jobs and just give ppl whatever they feel like smfh I'm irritated and pissed bc EVEN WITH the receipt and sandwiches she still charged my husband for a wake up wrap after he went back bc he said he'd eat the 2nd sandwich so it wouldn't get thrown away. IM SORRY WHAT?!?! So not only have y'all messed the order up 4 damn days in a row but now bc he's too Damm nice of a guy, and instead of letting you throw out perfectly good food, y'all charged him for a wake up wrap, WHEN YOUR PPL MESSED UP TO BEGIN WITH?!?! What the actual hell.....worst part is we're here EVERY morning bc we live across the street. I can understand A mess up, but literally 4 Freaking days in a row?! That tells me there's MULTIPLE orders getting messed up daily and given out wrong, but ppl drive off then check their order and by that point they're already down the road and say screw it I'll just deal with it or go to another dunkin. It’s the morning crew….. this one lady who takes the orders for drive through will always mess up the order. For example today we asked for a sandwich on a bagel and we said it twice to her but yet was put down as a croissant. For my drink I asked for the French vanilla and she even asked me if it was the sweetener or just the shot and I told her the sweetener. When I got my coffee she put it down as the shot. We take our time when naming our order because I used to work at Dunkin so I know the stress of trying to get the orders put in fast enough. But it’s every. Single. Time. With this chick. When we got to the window to pay the guy told us our order back and said the sandwich was on a croissant we told him it was supposed to be a bagel.
