Regardless of what you order and pay for the employees of this store consistently get it wrongā¼ļø Maybe they should spend less time on their cell phonesāļø Can we say UNSANITARYāļø Cause they certainly are NOT removing gloves, washing their hands and putting fresh gloves on⦠Unless as a customer you see said behavior and actually have to ask them to take those stepsā¼ļø I think we all know or have an idea on how much time ppl spend in the bathroom with their phonesāļø Bad sanitary habits lead to worse, intestinal infections like HepAā¼ļø Every time we order a toasted bagel or toasted bagel sandwich it never isā¼ļø They just barely warm it in a microwave or some other method other than toasting itā¼ļøOrder and pay for an extra espresso shot, it will almost NEVER make it in the cupā¼ļø #FACTS my last 2 orders same java every time med iced caramel latte w/ an extra espresso shot, not only were they missing the extra shot they didnāt bother to put the caramel drizzleā¼ļøā¼ļøWhat they didnāt forget. What they NEVER forget is to up charge usā¼ļø They also seem to have a hard time distinguishing American from Cheddar cheese. Itās not rocket science Dunkinā even uses yellow for american and white for cheddarā¼ļø If they are not sure then idk maybe ask the customer to clarifyāļø A few times they just put a slice of bothā¼ļø This Dunkinā is in my neighborhood so as I write this review I want to be clear in saying these are CONSISTENT issues with this storeā¼ļø I am a believer that if no one speaks up there can never be corrective action. As I read other reviews it seems clear that management is aware of issues with this store and there is still a problem. They need to retrain its employees or clean house and hire folks who actually want to work for the paychecks they earn⦠Many businesses consider it stealing when employees collect their wages yet fail to do their jobs. When contacting the store directly they were quick to blame me for ordering wrong on the app, yet I made it clear I donāt use the app we order at the counter or drive thru every time. Makes me wonder how many times folks complain about incorrect orders and they blame it on the customer rather than paying attention to the job they were...

The gentleman after me ordered 2 specialty drinks, which were made right away, then a couple came in after that, and ordered ice coffees, which they also got right away. I stood there waiting for 1 hot coffee for 7 minutes without so much as a glance my way from any of the several employees, that were all clearly focused on drive-thru customers ONLY. I finally had to say "Excuse me, can you help me?" to anyone that would listen, and the female employee that (reluctantly) decided to, gave me a nasty look. I asked if there was a large hot coffee anywhere back there, and she literally had to look in 5 areas for it. She handed it to me, not so politely, and turned away in a huff. I was actually embarrassed! I wonder why the girl that took my money, didn't make sure I got my coffee. I didn't see her after I placed my order. No one monitors what goes on in there. It's terrible service. This is the 1st time I've complained, because I don't go there anymore. It's too bad, because it was the best...

They said turkey egg and cheese on tortilla. I said i didnāt order a taco. I read from the menu and the photo featured with that is NOT a taco. They said my order said egg wrap and I should have corrected that on the order screen, so since i didnāt I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA to get what i ordered. I said WHAT??! Iāve already paid for it and it hasnāt been provided and in what world is it my responsibility to double check THEIR work?? And then I asked them to identify the donut in my bag, which they said chocolate glazed. Yep, my order said chocolate frosted, does anyone in there know the difference? Maybe thatās why i ended up with an egg taco instead of an egg sandwich. Donuts were stale anyway and it was only 9am.
