A few problems with this particular mcdonalds. First is 99% of the time at the drive thru they will always have you pull up and have the food brought out to you, which can take AWHILE. Even if there are no cars infront or behind you. And even if you order ahead on the app they still have you pull up. I just don't understand the reasoning for this. Why even have a drive thru?? Second, DONT ever get any type of coffee from here unless its just plain hot coffee. I've given up on trying to order iced coffee or lattes because every single time they just hand me a cup of their hot coffee poured over ice. It is NOT the same thing and tastes horrible! Its watery and weak! And they load it up with milk for some reason so it doesn't even look like coffee. Just luke warm milk in a cup. I've worked at mcdonalds before, this is not how it is supposed to be made! You can get a better iced coffee at burger King down the road, which is saying something. Third is when they hand you your drink it will almost always only be 2/3 full. And if you say anything they will give you attitude. Food is ok. Its hit or miss really. Staff can be rude, but it is what it is. Sometimes you get a nice one. My advice, only order inside, and stay away from iced coffees and any espresso drinks (hot or cold, even the frappe) it will almost always just be...
Read moreSo, I ordered a very simple order at the drive-thru and it seemed as if I ordered 4 steak dinners with all the steaks cooked at different temperatures. My boyfriend and I ordered a #1, a 4C, 1 fish sandwich and 2 strawberry cream pies. Nothing added, nothing took off. So no special order. They tell us to pull up so I'm thinking they had to drop the pies. Sometimes McDonald's has to cook them. Anyways, we are waiting and notice another vehicle that has to "pull forward" after about 15 minutes a young girl shows up with a happy meal and she just looks so confused so we point at the other vehicle. Time moves on and a male manager comes out and my boyfriend tries to ask about our order and I guess now we are invisible. By now we have sat there so long that I have edited most of our trip pictures. 25 minutes later.... the door to McDonald's opens up like the heavens and sweet music plays. I look in the bag and the needle scratches the record.... they gave me the spicy chicken and Not the deluxe... I'm digging like a gopher now and no strawberry cream pies! I mean, we could have sat in a restaurant and ate and left almost. The point was to get a fast food. Not slow food. If you are in a hurry to go somewhere, don't come here. If you want to watch a whole comical, you...
Read moreWas assaulted on September 1st in the parking lot, this man pulled up behind me and blocked me in so I couldn’t leave than proceeded to my car and shoved his hands and keys into my window, I couldn’t roll my window up and he said he was going to shove the window down further, he shoved the window down further an as I screamed an yelled he wouldn’t stop until I was calling 911. I contacted McDonald’s today on September 3rd to ask if they could see the incident on camera, I was told to call back in 15-20 minutes. I called back 25 minutes later, they told me they didn’t have time to check to call back around 2-2:30pm I called back at 3pm to give them time. A rude employee answered the phone and wouldn’t put Samantha on the phone who I had originally spoke to. Than she got nasty and hung up on me, stating it was a blind spot they couldn’t see it and were busy. And she don’t know what to tell a cop that’s on me. I am disgusted in how this was handled and with the employee that hung up, she needs training on how to treat customers or people in general as this is a very serious and sensitive matter. And that behavior only makes things worst when dealing with a situation like this. I need corporates information...
