PLEASE listen to this review! 85% of the time I come down my burgers are undercooked SOMEHOW. Mcchickens are wrinkly like they have been sitting outside of the heaters or they are at the wrong temp, I dont wanna walk in and say “can you cook my food all the way”? Excellent service however they seem to he in an acceptable rush when there are no cars behind me… I really don’t wanna come off as a karen, but take your time, I just never go anymore because it just doesn’t taste as good as other locations and I cant justify 25 minute drive to bristol to get mcdonalds. Upper management needs to do a corporate day because something is wrong and I genuinely feel this way and went out of my way to write a review that is harsh but at least constructive because I wanna go to mcdonalds again :(

To all employees of this McDonalds, I'll tell you what my manager tells people at my job:
"IF YOU DONT WANNA WORK HERE THERES THE DOOR NOBODY IS FORCING YOU"
This McDonalds wouldn't get your order right if you paid them to. Every single time I come here something is wrong. Whether it be something as small as forgetting a chocolate milk or as big as giving me food poisoning like my most recent order. You will never go to this McDonalds and be treated with respect by any of the employees. Ask for something as simple as the soda cup they weren't smart enough to remember to hand you and you get the nastiest attitude. Mcdonalds of Terryville. Great fries they were hot and most importantly they were full in the box. Last time we had gotten fries from the mcds on north main st bristol they held the fry box tight while filling them so when we got the fries they were hardly a medium in a large container. But today at this mcds it was nice to be treated with some dignity and respect. I'd say this location in Terryville is the better of the locations.
