Octagon Bar And Grill — Restaurant in Plymouth

So every time I order here there's always something missing or gone wrong . First time I ordered an Italian hoagie I got an Italian panini I returned the panini and they forgot the fries . Last time I ordered I got no meat in the chicken wing strom just cheese and some sauce , no mayo on the burgers and no cheese sauces for the fries . I always tip and paid for those things . Well tonight I said I'll give it one last shot . I ordered 2 large pizzas one with pepperoni the other with bacon. Both pizzas only had a topping on half -_-. My club sandwich had 2 pieces of ham wasnt toasted and a chunk of bread was missing. THE SMALLEST CLUB SANDWICH EVER. The best part I was the first one to call and place an order for delivery and I live right down the road it literally took an hour and a half and the food was cold. If my kids weren't so hungry for dinner I would've sent it back . I'm so done with...

Tonight we went here with my daughter and granddaughter, sadly to say we will not be returning anytime in the future. We took our seats the waitress threw two menus on the table at us. She then returned and with an attitude took our order. Before the food came out we asked if they could clean off one of the tables we would be able to use a high chair at as my granddaughter is two and wasn’t sitting nice in the booth we were in. ( the table to the side of our booth had people at it and the high chair wouldn’t of fit). We even offed to clean the table off for them. We got nothing but attitude. Ordered takeout for The first time ever from here. Soon as we walked in to pick up our order my boyfriends to me I don't like it here jess. Pizza was medicore but he enjoyed his mild wings. Waitress made us feel totally unwelcome. Since the first experience at octagon, my boyfriend and I decided we would order octagon but just pick it up since we were not made to feel welcome the first time.. the two times we have ordered since we ate inside all the food has been amazing! Only thing that annoyed me was when I placed my order I was told it would b ready in a half hour, I walked over 40 minutes later and still sat at the bar waiting for another half hour!
