I really like the food at Raubs, it's incredibly good, probably the best restaurant in Plymouth. However, the past three times I've been there the service has been terrible. When our appetizer was brought out, it was cold by the time I saw my server to ask for silverware and plates. The spinach artichoke dip is great there. My boyfriend and I had different burgers, thry were amazing but when the waitress brought the burgers to the table she just kind of shoved them at us. My boyfriends glass of soda was completely empty and I had maybe 2 sips left in mine. Evrn though I think a good server would ask if anyone needed anything else when dinner is brought out I didn't get the chance because she threw the plates at us and left. We'll neither one of us got refills in our drinks and evrn worse we had only the napkin our silverware was wrapped in, my boyfriends burger had BBQ sauce so he really needed them. I also always leave room for dessert but the waitress just threw the check on the table didn't evrn ask how everything was or if we needed boxes. I went on a search for boxes but I guess it's take out...

We ordered the meatloaf, bbq chicken grilled cheese & chicken bites & fries. The kitchen was quote slow & took a very long time to come out. The Cole slaw which is homemade & yummy was warm due to sitting under a warmer for too long. The food was tasty & worth it but that slow kitchen cost them a star. We waited to order our TO-GO order so it wouldn't be cold & what a mistake. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes after eating our meals for the to go order. Other tables were asking how long the wait is before ordering Makin us believe that this is an on-going problem....

They brought the claim chowder with the meal. It was very watery. I could not even pick up my burger there was a big glob of Mayo on it. My grandson ordered a chicken wrap. Well the cook didn't know how to wrap it so it was open with the lettuce, tomatoes breaded chicken balls, with barbecue sauce. The waitress was understanding and said she has to teach the cook how to prepare food. It has been hard to find a cook so they took what they could. I don't know if we will go there for awhile wait and see if her...
