Caldino's Italian Market — Restaurant in Point Pleasant

Good afternoon.. i just visited this Italian Market for the first time and cannot tell you how disappointed i am with the food and the service. I purchased a Chicken Parm Sub for $12.99 and a small bag of chips. first of all the service was very slow.. 2 or 3 staff members waiting on one customer. Once i placed my order about 10 minute wait with one customer in from of me.. the worker rang me up and the total bill was just under $20.00. for a lg. sub and very small bag of chips.. (2.11oz) After shaking my head about the price i realized because i used my debit-card they charge an additional 3.8% on my bill.. WTH.. Just had the Chicken Parm Sub and i was not good.. Folks in the area of Bridge Avenue please stay away.. go down the street a little ways and you will find another market to get some food as good prices without being charged for using your Debit-Card. As we walked through town, we had fun discovering different businesses while familiarizing ourselves with points of interest. We stepped inside this unique and very clean deli and met Dino. Caldinos is so good I don’t even know how to explain it! I’ve tried their soup chicken cutlet and mozz sandwich the rigatoni the bruschetta the bread.. everything is made really well! I eat the food and I say wow this food makes me feel good.. this food is the best! And everybody who works there is so nice and they’ll heat things up for you and they do it on the stove not just microwave it, that’s how I know this...
