Dunkin' — Restaurant in Point Pleasant

Well another USELESS Dunkin Donuts! Not only did they charge me more for a medium today than I payed for a large yesterday but theres obviously a crew in there today that could give a ** less how your drink comes out. Not to mention that they could've atleast tried to act a little more enthusiastic, its bad when you can tell your drinks gonna be trash just by looking at the person making it. OH and also not to mention that they couldn't have made it any more sloppy since as soon as i stuck the straw in it the coffee came ozzing down the side and (obviously i didnt see at first cause i was putting my change away) but it was all in the top of the lid too, soo looks like i payed about 4.50 and a white shirt for this TRASH. It is currently 8:30, As I was parking and tried to go inside and get coffee one female worker ran up to the door and locked it, there were customers inside drinking coffee and the worker walked back behind the counter and was just leaning over the counter drinking coffee with them and talking. I asked her why she did that and she just signaled with her hands that they were closed when clearly they werent. The store hours not only online but on the door as well, say they close at 10, I tried going through the drive through but a voice saying they were closed played. There has been several instances where I go around 8-8:30 and they say they are closed even though store hours says they close at 10. I would.give negative 5 stars after the customer service my witnessed this morning. I have had issues in the past where when placing a order and you couldn't hear the lady behind the cash register would speak to softly and I had to ask what she said and she would get a nasty attitude. Today my wife witness them serve a customer coffee with sour milk. Then the argued with the customer over the milk being sour.
