Subway — Restaurant in Pomeroy

Food was okay, service was HORRIBLE! One kid was practically running the front by himself while another ("woman") apparently the manager, openly belittled him behind his back and boasted about she never fired anyone, that they didn't come back and how if you couldn't handle the heat, to get out of HER kitchen and that people didn't stick around there long (I wonder why? SMH) Then after talking to a customer for probably 20 minutes while 4 call in orders due in just a few minutes sat on the line (and I mean bread cut and meat already started on one) she goes over by the boy and says she's going out to smoke before she does anything and jokes about she's gonna kill someone if she doesn't go have a cigarette, even joking with the customers behind me about how. Which they knew each other apparently or were friends but, still, if she IS the manager, even pretending to shoot a customer and talking about how the knives were too dull to do anything jokingly is just downright appalling and unprofessional. Especially with a store full of customers and with the violence that is happening in this world today. And i won't even get started on how untrained the kid was OR how overwhelmed he was trying to complete my order and fix a simple mistake while the phone rang and rang while she stood there joking, laughing at him then ordering him to answer the phone and leave me waiting again. I doubt I'll be going back unless this store gets a new manager that takes over and cleans the work and store...

My wife placed an order online. Drove to pick it up. Got it home, and it was wrong.

They pulled the receipt up at the store, and basically told me that my wife had placed the order incorrectly, and argued that it wasn’t their responsibility to fix it.
