Angelo's Burgers — Restaurant in Pomona

Went into buy dinner tonight and got totally disrespected by the girl that's trying to hide her face in the photos listed. They accept EBT here which is great being disabled sometimes you don't want to cook dinner or you can't cook dinner because it's overwhelming. Nowhere on these signs does it say that you cannot wait in your car in the Drive-Thru it only says that you can have to pay inside which I did I went back out to my car got in the line which nobody was in the Drive-Thru the young man that gave me our food then had a step aside because the girl that's in the pictures told him to tell us they can't get back in their car and be in the Drive-Thru they have to wait inside. There's a reason why I don't wait inside I am disabled. I then went into the store and told her how rude she was and she still continue to be rude and disrespectful after I told her being disabled and being the reason why I was in my vehicle in the Drive-Thru which there was nobody in the line totally disrespectful I've been coming to Angelo's for over 20 years. Not anymore totally disrespectful management needs to fire her or retrain her maybe she could pick up trash in the parking lot since she has a mouth of a trash can. Because I really hope she doesn't continue disrespecting the disabled or even the elderly she has no customer service skills at all if she could disrespect a disabled person imagine what she could do to your own...

Today I came to this OG spot love their burgers and fries . I order several hamburgers and Specifically told them the special burgers that are $1.29 Cashier told me okay . It was alot of money $31 total well cashier charge me for 6 regular burgers 🍔 instead of the $1.29 . I told lady and she brought a Manager they Apologize and told me cashier was new. They can make my $1..29 burgers (which means wait another 30mnts)and give me my $31 money back and for me to pay for the $1.29 . I told them I was running late I couldnt wait. Their goes that no other exception or discount. Hmm I would have appreciated if I could Keep the burgers and pay for them $1.29 and give me back the difference. Made me wait as if they were killing the Cow in the back or Something and then have to wait again.. No way bye 👋 Another time like a year ago I told them No Onions or Mustard on hamburgers and what they do Loaded with it. I took them back the Cashier girl and Cook were at it. She said it didn't come out on register he said she had to verbally tell him and Cook act like he was the Owner (light skin Mexican) mi paisano yo digo.. Extremely upset. I ordered via drive thru. I got my order and once I got home noticed it was wrong . I asked for no onions on the burgers and the burgers had onions. I called and a young man answered. He asked if I wanted my food remade or if I wanted a refund. I asked for the food to be remade. I told him I'd go back. I arrived and he told me to pull up to the window via drive thru. I returned only with one burger since the person was not going to eat it with the onion taste. I gave the young man the burger with the receipt that showed it was made incorrectly. I made sure to mark the cheese on the burger to make sure I wasn't given the same burger. The young man comes back and tells me there's no onion on the burger that it's lettuce cut in small pieces. I open the burger and show him where the onion is and he says "oh okay we will have that remade for you". At this point the burger has been touched by god knows how many people. He then comes back and hands me the burger. I leave and pull to the side of the road to check the burger, and what do you know..... he gave me back the SAME BURGER. I call once again and I notify him I marked the burger and I know I was given the same burger. He then says "oh you wanted it to be remade?" Ofcourse I did! That's the reason I went back because I was told to go back WITH THE FOOD. I'm so...
