Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Pomona

This place is horrible. If i could give 0 stars i would. We ordered for delivery at 6 pm and left specific instructions how to get inside our apartment. We had received a message that driver was in the neighborhood and the the following message was our order being canceled. We called the store and they stated the driver tried calling but we never answer which was false we never received one from him or the front door. They told us that we would have to re pay for our order and that a driver would bring us our pizza back. (Which is fine if that was the case) 7:30 pm rolls around and still no pizza. At this point the food has been sitting out for about an hour and a half. I called back to ask if the driver was almost here and they told me that no the driver left without our order and wasn't back yet, but we should have our pizza in the next 10-20 min. So almost 2 hours of our food being out. We asked if it was gunna get cold and they told us it's on a warmer. This is the most disappointing experience I have ever had. And when we spoke with manager Jen all she could tell us is it's policy. Would not recommend don't spend you money here out 60 dollars from 2 failed orders. Ridiculous. Go to pizza pirates. There customer service is out of this world...

I went in on Sunday to pick up my online delivery. I received a notification that my ordered was ready since 5:40pm. When I walked up to the register I informed the gentleman I was picking up my online order. I provided him with my name. I am not sure if he was new or if he was just stressed out with the amount of people that were lined up, but he had no idea of what he was doing. I had to let him know what I had ordered and he was super confused. To Top it off, part of my order was missing. It was now 5:58pm, so I asked why I had received a notification stating my order was ready. his response was "Oh I don't know". Long story short, I asked him if there was anyone who could HELP ME. He then called his manager over, I believe his name is Joe. All I want to say is, THANK YOU JOE. I noticed you were extremely busy but still managed to take care of the situation. You kindly assisted me and immediately provided me with the rest of my order. Your customer service was excellent and very appreciated. Thank you! Hats off to...

I love this place. I've ordered many times online, and they always have my pizza ready, correctly, hot, and always cordially. Oh I forgot, I once got a single stray piece of onion on my order, but that's the extent of anything that was out of place. The staff has never been rude to me, regardless of how I may present myself (sometimes my work has got me looking pretty rough) and I've never had the slightest bit of a problem with any of them. The absolute worst thing that's ever happened to me at this location was that my pizza didn't get cut all the way through. In their defense though ,I had ordered about half an hour before closing time and since their hours are late already and for me to have ordered something last minute like that... Let's just say I was very happy with my pizza and had no complaints about having to do a little bit of cutting.
