KFC — Restaurant in Pomona

I have warm & fuzzy feelings when I drive by this restaurant. Like the ones I get when I drive by Disneyland, or my wedding chapel. This is rare, because it is the only fast food type restaurant where I have EVER been treated as a special customer. (McDonalds, 30 years, nothing). This happened pretty quicky, when upon my third visit, a young man named Dominic knew my entire order! NO WAY! After all, this restaurant gets hundreds of customers per week. I had started a new job in the area, and KFC is a favorite so I would go every few days. Turns out, within 2 weeks, every single employee at this location knew me, and my order. Kind of freaked me. These are just sweet, kind, hardworking, thoughtful, and friendly employees. There is Jasmine, Dominic, Corinna, Sonjia, and Robert, and a few I did not know. Sonjia is the manager, and if she also does the hiring, she is stellar at picking good people. There is simply a warm & fuzzy atmosphere there, mixed with wonderful KFC spices and food. The restaurant is being managed with an abundance of maturity, sophistication, and eagerness to please. Please, people, with today's complications, please refrain from being angry at a few minor mistakes in your order. They are few, and not worthy of a bad review. I hadn't had KFC in such a long time, maybe a couple of years or so. I was pleasantly surprised. I asked for a fresh drop because I don't like the chicken that's been cooked and sitting on those ovens. The first attendant didn't quite understand what I meant, but the other one who seemed to be a manager or shift leader told me it would take just 12 minutes. Told him I was not in a rush and thank them. They were both very kind and gave me one each of their new sauces for me to try, and to boot even added an extra piece to the bucket. They even gave me a bunch of hot sauces which is what I wanted but didn't want to ask so as to not be too demanding, but it was like she read my mind! Service was impeccable, extremely friendly, fast, the general appearance and ambiance of the restaurant and dinning area looked very clean and organized. Now to the food. I was glad that it did not taste as salty as I remembered it. Although I somehow felt it lacked a little bit of that signature KFC original recipe oomph to it, but that was counterbalanced by the fact that the chicken was piping hot and extremely juicy. I mean no matter what people say to me, nobody does bone-in chicken, fries and coleslaw better than KFC. Also don't sleep on their buffalo ranch sauce!...

My experience at this Kentucky fried Chicken was very poor customer service I wouldn't recommend nobody to come here due to the fact I asked a few questions the cashier couldn't understand my English because they don't understand English there are Spanish and I have nothing against Spanish people and she got my order all wrong and then she had a nasty attitude toward me because I asked her you don't understand English well so I don't recommend nobody come here The service is not well The man from the kitchen came came to the window to settle everything but the girl was so nasty toward me and saying some ugly things about me in her language I will be reporting this to management The man gave me back my money and want to give me the meal but I told him no I didn't know what will be done to the food when people get angry at you they spit in your food they do things to your food so I didn't want this happened to me 5:30 p.m. was very hard you...
