Heritage Inn — Hotel in Pomona

The rooms are clean and plain but they lack minimum amenities like WiFi, an ice machine and working phone to call the office (there's a fee to turn on the phone $10). The room was extremely hot when we arrive it took hours for the AC to cool the room. The microwave did not work as advertised. The floors where not recently cleaned , probably swept but not mopped. Wow...Orbitz, Priceline and others, having this place on your site should be criminal! At first glance the room itself was fine. However I later found out this place operates as an emergency homeless shelter. It smelled of human feces so bad it made my eyes burn which was constant. Kid you not, this isn't a safe place for children or single females. The stay was fine except when i asked for two keys, one for me and the other for my bf, they hesitated a little then agreed. Little did we know, everytime my bf would use the key, the guy working would cut the key off. So we spent a good 20 minutes going up and down thinking when we'd get to the door we'd get to lay down.
