Bambú Juice Bar — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

I'm hardly ever this harsh with any place I go to, but I really need to let the world know how bad of an experience and rip-off this place was. I took my daughter there because she wasn’t feeling well, and since they offer organic juices, I thought it would be a good choice. This isn't the first time I’ve gone to an Organic juice place, but this particular one was a nightmare.

First, the customer service was terrible. The guy who greeted us was very dry and seemed to dislike his job—his attitude was just off-putting. Beyond that, the cost of a "large" juice was outrageous. The cup they gave me was literally the size of a kid’s meal cup. I couldn’t believe it when I saw it. I paid $15 for a "large" juice, and they handed me what looked like a child-sized cup or even smaller, charging me triple the price. This is unacceptable and a complete rip-off.

While I was in line, the person in front of me was complaining about the high price for such a small cup, but I wasn’t paying attention until I received my order. Then I understood exactly why she was upset. The employee seemed annoyed by her complaint, but this kind of pricing is just beyond reason.

It's not just about the $15—it’s about what you’re getting for your money. The service wasn’t there, and the product was a joke. I definitely do not recommend this place, and I will never go back. I was really surprised for my first visit! I have loved the same acai place in lake worth/wellington area for the longest time but since moving.... I needed a closer spot. No place have I found that I really loved the base. A lot of places like to blend their base/almost like a smoothie, and I am not a fan of that.
