If only, i could give a negative star i would for food quality and lack if attention and/or concern when i brought up the food issues to some short dude(never introduced himself). My first and last time getting ANY THING at Cafe31.
I ordered 12 buffalo wings. Initially smelled very good and wet shinny sauce. I let cool for a couple min. Right away the shine went away, turned to dull dry look. Before i finished the 1st one i knew something was off and continued to go down hill from there...what a disappointment. Each and every one had the same taste. No kick(spice)at all. Taste like pure oil(oil isn't a flavor). I was hungry and gave a few more a chance but they all were terrible. I brought it up to the persons attention....he was more concerned with loosing money than the customers experience. In the garbage the rest went and me never to return. I am sharing my experience here...
reply to Don's replyseems this is the only way to reply to your comment Don.
At the moment i can not fully reply due to time restraints...however I will return in the near future, as you are incorrect in MANY ways and would like to continue to inform you as a concerned x-consumer.
For example, -You FAIL to mention, I said at some point, when i notice a pause from you when it HURT your pocket, sir "It's not about the money, it's about the quality of the food, i don't want a refund" -The food had zero-0- kick, none. -I ate 3 then left(primarily cause of taste and it was almost 3pm when yall close)...usually i can eat 8-10 in one sitting. -before i left, I did bring up my concern to your very nice employee. Either she failed to comunicate this to you or you chose not to include this in your original reply. (to be continued)
You are correct... In some being out of my hands...Don, it's up to you to take constuctive criticisms and use it to better your new consumers experiences(you do... want repeat customers?). Sir, the ball is... in your court.
Ps, you can thank me also... Your buisness (placement pin location) on Google Maps was incorrect. You were located in that gas station north of you in the corner. I corrected that for you...your welcome, that's me... Maybe you'll get more new customers now... Empty restaurants are a concern(didn't pay the bills), doesn't matter how nice looking and clean(is important) good food brings people back through your doors ...in general people learn when it hurts...
Read moreSo my boyfriend is a strick vegan. When we looked online for strict vegan plant based resturants to eat, this place came up. As per usual I always call to make sure that anywhere I order his food does not do meat or fish of any kind and is only plant based. When I called I specifically asked them if they were strickly vegan and plant based only and was told they were. After I ordered and my boyfriend went to pick up his food, he saw them serving chicken and other meat kinds there. That is false advertisment and this should be looked into and handle accordingly. These places can not be saying strict vegan on their websites and other places and be serving all meat kinds. This is a height of disrespect. Something needs to be done about this...
Read moreAs a level 8 Google Guide and a business traveler, I was pleasantly surprised to find a halal restaurant at this location inside a budget motel. The most important thing for me at any restaurant is that the food has to be good. Unfortunately, the hamburger I ordered did not stack up. I could tell it was a frozen beef patty from the local restaurant supply store. The chicken malai kebab however was the best I have ever had. It was tender, juicy, and perfectly spiced to where it wasn’t too hot, but just right. I also asked if they could make me a naan kebab roll and they told me I had to buy the naan separately and the kebab separately. So, in conclusion I will most likely return, but just for the Pakistani/Indian dishes not the...
