From the moment we stepped in, the service was impeccable. The staff at Hard Rock Cafe are truly in a league of their own, combining professionalism with a genuine enthusiasm for guest satisfaction. They were attentive without being intrusive, quick to offer recommendations, and always on hand to ensure our drinks were topped up and our needs met.

The food was a standout, with appetizers and entrees that were both flavorful and heartily portioned. For the main course, the Legendary Burger lived up to its name, boasting juicy, well-seasoned beef and fresh, crisp toppings that melded wonderfully with the savory bun.

Delicious food, ambiance, likeable music, pop,rock, etc.,parking lot available at all times, comfortable rooms to stay, etc. Our beauty island have all the world attributes to live and disfrut,no matter how, alone or family departig,you are going to enyoied a 100%. Please, don't hesitate, come in and do a complete visit to Aloft Hotel, spotted at the glorious and fully culturales city of Ponce, Puerto Rico, USA. Mario Bou and, my beloved spouse, Maria Virginia, are very committed to visit the Aloft facilities, the 21st April, 2025,to celebrate her birthday. Trere is not another place to visit, on that, so important event. Salutes to the owner, managers,check-in personnel, bartenders,chefs, security officers and maintenance staff. We are fully "boricuas",love to do frequently trips all over this enchant terrain, full of blessed landscapes, whatever you visit, close to coastal cities and country or internal,mountains, hills, valleys etc. So many "chinchorros",restaurants, food trucks, bakerys, plazas, churches, arquitectural,that call you to stay a little longer, to get a close experience of cultural and real living. We stayed at the Aloft Hotel in Ponce and I would not recommend it at this time. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. Parking was a problem right away—front desk staff informed us there were not enough spaces because of ongoing construction, yet no clear alternatives were offered.

The check-in area is cramped, little more than a small counter squeezed next to the elevators used by both guests and staff. It gives the impression of a hotel that is still under construction and not ready to properly serve visitors.

We stopped at the Hard Rock Café on site, but the bartender ignored us so completely that even another guest remarked on it. We left without ordering—an unacceptable level of service in any hotel that claims to be reputable. Fortunately, when we went to the hotel’s main bar afterward, we received excellent service from Wilmarie. She prepared her original Scotch whiskey mojito, which was unique, tasty, and refreshing—we enjoyed it so much we had two.

The room itself was adequate, and the bed comfortable enough, but the air conditioning blasted at full force nonstop. It was loud, freezing, and impossible to regulate. On top of that, the bathroom sink floods before it drains, adding more frustration to the stay.

Overall, this property feels half-finished and poorly managed. Between the lack of parking, unprofessional service at the Hard Rock Café, poor room conditions, and general disorganization, there are better choices in Ponce. Until the Aloft resolves these issues and is truly ready for guests, I strongly suggest staying...
