If I need to summarize the complete experience I would say “Horrible”. I was there for their inauguration and the service was awesome. I wanted the same service yesterday but no, I was completely disappointed. Me and my family waited at table for more than 20min and we were completely unnoticed. When the “waitress” arrived she asked if she could help us, I said “good afternoon, yes, how about starting with the menu and if you can clean the table because it is sticky” she left, took her Sweet time, and brought us each a small paper to scan and clean the table. She left and came back after more than 10min and missing orders. Definitely she had no intention to assist us. Oh Well, I paid the drinks and left. -Not everyone likes QR codes -Waitress need a dress code (Please) -Don't call it taqueria, it is the roof top bar for the pool area. Do not recommend, there are many restaurants in Ponce (cheaper too) or Eat at the HardRock restaurant, they know how to treat...

We went for dinner to watch sunset. We ordered drinks and nachos. Each had entree like quesadillas or burrito. The nachos were pretty standard. Nothing especially good. Just chips, cheese, sour cream and some bean paste. We ordered two vegetarian options and when one came out after the other three were nearly done with eating it had chicken on it. We sent it back and eventually was replaced. But took a long time. We asked for that entree to be comped but the waitress said her boss told her since was Warren couldn’t be. She could pay for it out of her pay if we insisted. We told her to let it go. There was real chance to rescue this service error but was totally lost on a $16 entree on a $170 bill. View is nice. It is a rooftop aftreall. Soupof the house is a chicken soup with diced tomato, onions an cilantro. It is a good one. Tacos are tasty, but you can only choose one of the variety. Service was good. They greet you as you come in and my order came out before 15 minutes. Green sauce is good but really hot. They didn't warned about. But were very friendly to change it.
