Burgers & Cheesecakes by Coffee Sides — Restaurant in Ponce

Gooooood Lord! 🙌 We stopped in on a whim while traveling in the area. We found it on Google and decided to give it a try based on the reviews and rating. There was five of us eating. We all ordered burgers and each had a different flavored cheesecake. The portobello burger was absolutely, hands down, the best burger I have ever eaten at a restaurant. It was hot, fresh, perfectly topped and the bun? Perfect. Everyone loved what they ordered and we ate every bite. We moved on to the cheesecake and tried the French toast, vanilla, the amaretto and lime. It was excellent with a nice graham crust. I favored the lime and amaretto but all were very good. We paid about $110 for all five people to have a burger, fries, cheesecake and a drink. The past two days on our vacation we have spent over $200 at two restaurants for sub par food. I would drive an hour to eat here again, it was worth every dime we spent. Let me add, the employees were personable, offered suggestions, greeted us when we came in and made sure to give us a smile as we left. Without question these burgers are the best burgers i’ve had. Ive been here three times and I can’t say that one burger is my favorite because they are all awesome. Today I had the Homer, perfect flavor, crispy texture (onion rings) and wonderful presentation. I would say the secret is in their Mayorca buns but i would be lying because the ingredients on the burger are next level too.

And don’t even get me started on the fresh fries. You can tell they are fresh because they use the same method that in and out burgers (in Texas); they put the entire potatoe into a cutter and out come the perfectly cut potatoe fries. Season on them is also DIVINE.

Be ready to wait a little either due to the restaurant being busy or burgers can take a bit to prepare (usually 20 minutes). It is without question absolutely worth the wait. 10/10

Portions are also crazy. Burgers are huge and they give you plenty of fries. The picture I took does not male them justice.

This place is the place; a whole new level of gastronomy experience. The Burgers 🍔 are homemade, no frozen meat, full of additives or preservatives. It’s fresh, seasoned, tasty, juicy, delicious burger. In a Mallorca bread homemade also, baked at the restaurant, so delicious and well balanced. Most of the time burger bread or burger buns upset my stomach and cause me heartburn. But this Mallorca burger buns are different, actually felt so right I was able to eat the whole thing. If I eat a whole burger I feel extremely full and later with the upset stomach and heartburn also. But this place is a game changer. You can taste the quality and comes with a good amount of quantity 😏. I tried the new K-Pop burger WOWOWOWOWOWO… I really wanna keep visiting until I taste them all 😂. Then we tried the Ferrero Roche cheesecake, yummmmmm I was making those weird noises of pleasure, full of flavor but so light at the same time. A perfect balance between sweetness, flavor, density, creaminess… I wish I can have them all.
