What is the store number since it do not appear in receipt? Need to put every hour 2 employees making hamburgers, 1 on fries/nuggets and cashiers on drinks and etc but need 1 employee every 20 min for cleaning front area and windows will also be for costumer service to help in mc touch order screens total 5 employees working plus if any apply a supervisor or assistant managers. Bottle neck of the store is drive tru since cars are waiting to see menu and to order that is main issue need to be modify for get a possible 5 stars. In other words why have all those cars wait to order if you can take all their orders at once? Meaning all the orders will be display on kitchen screen improving the time it will take to make the hamburguers or any other since instead of focusing on making one hamburguer at the time can make all of the same that were order by those vehicles meaning less...

If you want one of the most joker experience in costumer service this is one of them since not only will just put the dressing they want in any food item but the manager it have to be a man will back it up like saying it's a new burguer sauce thing eventually they will give you the right order but when you have come 20 twice beware check each items before leaving this Mcdonalds yall will going to give me later the thanks. Note if you had any problem in this fast food you are not the only one just reply to this and let them know so it will bea win win situation the problem never were the Karens the problem was the people were kind of jokers and if you complain they say is a karen...

Hice una orden por la aplicación esta madrugada a eso de las 3:50 am ya que decía en todos lados que es 24 hrs. Cuando llego al Auto mac a recoger la orden que ya estaba paga y todo, nadie atiende, esperé un rato para darle su tiempo y nada, procedo a pasar a la ventanilla siguiente y no hay nadie a la vista, nadie sale ni se asoma, sigo a la segunda ventanilla espero un rato y no hay movimiento, toque el cristal de la ventanilla y no sale nadie, toco bocina y no sale nadie, le doy vuelta, veo como 5 carros en el estacionamiento entiendo que de los empleados, voy de nuevo hasta la bocina a ver si ya había alguien y nada, hago lo mismo 2 o 3 veces creo (darle la vuelta al servi y ver si alguien salía) nadie sale, en la última vemos a un muchacho de espaldas fregando entonces le tocamos la ventanilla, él va y se asoma “Sí, dígame”, ni disculpa ni buenos días, ni nada, le contesto que hice una orden por la aplicación, él va y le dice a una muchacha que solo se asomó para preguntar que a nombre de quién estaba la orden, le dije, le dice medio gritao a su compañero Carlos “Carlooooosss lo que pidieron fueron nuggets, hay una orden de nugggets” y entre ellos hablando allá al parecer tenían la freidora apagada, sale el que estaba fregando y me dice que se va a tardar como 15-20 min, ok no problema espero… entregan la orden a las 4:37 am aproximadamente, las papas recalentadas o viejas, los nuggets estaban bien, eran 40 nuggets, ya estaba paga por la aplicación, por eso esperé tranquilamente, de lo contrario me hubiera ido, yo saliendo del trabajo también, entiendo que de madrugada es horrible trabajar, no sabía si yo estaba mal por ir a esa hora pero ¿para eso es 24 hrs no? Era la primera vez haciendo una orden a esa hora y la última, si no están dispuestos para trabajar de madrugada entiendo que hay gente que si, si la tienda no está lista esperando clientes a esas horas entonces no digan que es 24 hrs....
