Taco Tacos Food Truck — Restaurant in Ponderay

I have eaten their food and it was good. So I contacted them to cater my son’s graduation party. 50 people max. Deposit was sent, we were scheduled. The day of came and I reached out an hour before everyone was supposed to arrive. It was then I was informed that he wouldn’t be able to make it. There was an emergency with his mom and he forgot to tell me. Apologies were made and he said he was embarrassed. My family rallied and we put food together, thankfully. I thought catering the party would give me less stress and it was more. I’m sorry, but I will not be visiting this food truck again. I was given my deposit back, but it’s not enough to fix it. I wanna love this place, I really do. Unfortunately, their posted hours of operation mean absolutely nothing. The last 3 times I've attempted to eat here, they were closed when according to their posted hours of operation they should have been open. Save yourself the time and frustration and eat at ANY of the other mediocre Mexican joints in town. At least the other places are always open when they say...

I hope this place doesn't get over looked by anyone because they have the best tacos! They are worth every penny, I have to come to ponderey for the vet all the time from Bonners and I look forward to stopping here and grabbing some tacos, they are authentic and how tacos should be.
