In my opinion, the food orders took too long, especially since the restaurant was...

As someone who has had excellent tacos all across Texas I have to say the beef and tripe tacos I ordered were delightfully delicious, generously packed with a variety of fresh toppings and bursting with flavor and clearly made with love. The salsas, expertly crafted, were the perfect complement to the tacos. The quality of the food and the attentive service made it clear that these tacos are made with a genuine passion. El Rincon in Pontiac, Michigan, may just be the culinary jewel of the Midwest, particularly for taco...
