I dont know how hard it is to hire good staff nowadays, Ive worked fast food for 6+ years and I cant even fathom how a franchise could be so bad. This is the only tim hortons in my area, and the only other option is starbucks which the line is always wrapped and is 2x more expensive. Every single time I have come to this location, there has been something wrong. There is 0 consistancy with anything, and I wish they would try to fix this location. The food is always either raw, cold, out of stock, thrown together or the wrong item. The coffee is either cold, too much/too little of something, wrong item, or takes 15 minutes just for 1 coffee. I could go on and on about the things I have experienced here, because it saddens me that all of these paying customers come here daily for the same horrible experience. Read moreI come here quite a bit, for years, never an issue, ever! I adore the girl at the counter with the bright smile who is in on Saturday morns. I had just left the hospital today and in the drive thru got the young lady with long braids. AWFUL! Terminate her! Rude, immature and not an attitude you want as a representation of your establishment!
She was rude, talked about me (in-front of me) to another employee and she just happened to catch me on the right day. Got the manager involved to tell my issue and the girl is still in the back talking trash about me!
It’s not even about the customer being right! It’s about professionalism! Do better girl. You have zero people skills. I have been in customer service all my life and I can’t even fathom on my worst day acting like this at work!
