Fino's Family Dining — Restaurant in Pontiac

I have always had positive experiences here, except for today. I arrived at 8am and I'm assuming they just opened up. I waited in the drive thru line for 15-20 minutes with one car ahead of me. I didnt get upset because I know it takes time to prep and heat the grill and I was in no rush. But as soon as I got to the window, the server did not greet me nor apologize for the extreme wait. I asked her what the hold up was, she either didnt hear me or chose to ignore me. Then she took my card and asked if I wanted to leave a tip-REALLY!!! I understand that servers work extremelyy hard and try to always tip, however it is rude to solicite, especially when the service was poor. Stopped in for breakfast but decided to get lunch. I ordered a coffee and chili cheese burger combo with cheese on the fries. The burger was not seasoned but the worse part is my husband saw a hair in my food! He pointed it out and called the server. Her response was to asked, was it my hair. My hair was pulled back in a pony tail and the hair was short. After a awkward silence she then offered to replace the food. I won't be returning. The dishes was dirty also. I asked for diced potatoes. They said they had it. I get do my destination and its scallop potatoes. I called them they said sorry but we don’t do refunds. The worst experience ever. Do not order over the phone and when you get there show them a picture of what you want because clearly they have their own definition of things. And don’t pay cash just in case they get your order wrong you can dispute it with your bank because they don’t do refunds. I wouldn’t order water...
