Luca's Street Tacos — Restaurant in Pontiac

This was the worst experience ever! I decided to try them after I read the reviews, boy was I disappointed! The guy with the mustache at the front was very dry and not friendly but the worst part was the food, I ordered nachos and a quesadilla and I’m like where is the meat😤😤😤! Between both dishes there was maybe 1 small chicken strip that had been chopped in such small pieces you would’ve thought it was for an infant! I paid almost $30 bucks for nacho chips and a tortilla that was filled with veggies period! I will never go back and I advise anyone who decides to visit look at your food before you leave! Oh and I gave them a 2 for the atmosphere because I like the artwork on the walls.

Very rude people, terrible customer service! I was given the wrong order (picture posted, originally ordered birria meal with elote but was given this) and I kindly contacted them to let them know and I was spoken to very nasty!! I would never trust to eat their food with those nasty attitudes. I will never go back there and would suggest you all spend your money elsewhere. They do not care about the customers they serve. There are much better taco spots around with much better customer service.

In regards to response from owner: Not once did I ever get an apology! That response is completely dishonest!! I was really excited to try this place out because of their menu. However, my experience wasn't the best. The man who took my order wasn't very pleasant and when I asked about a menu item(something that I've had at another taco place) it seemed to bother him and his response made me order something totally different than what I originally wanted. The food looked great but lacked flavor and the portions were small, especially my $5 corn cup. My corn taco shells were too greasy as well, so I threw them out and just ate the meat mixed with the little bean's and rice in my meal. I honestly can't say that I will visit again.
