Snowball Ice Cream — Restaurant in Pontiac

I rated this place one star because they had the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life.. I was denied extra napkins when I needed to clean up my two-year-old at myself she gave me 2 napkins I asked for more she gave me one more. And then argued loudly screaming at me that she had given me more than 2 napkins which would be a total of 3 Not counting the 2 that she gave me wrapped around my ice cream completely drenched with ice cream when we were done I have never in my life encountered something so horrible it was like she just headed out for me from the gate go she waited forever before she even came to the window to even serve me then she served 3 customers before me It was the worst customer service I insisted on asking for a manager's phone number she refused slamming the window in my face she called the police on me and told them a different story they laughed with me how ridiculous this was.... It's unfortunate because I was really looking forward to bringing my family to this ice cream shop and enjoy an evening with my kids and a lovely delicious dessert but with this attitude I don't feel like I'm even allowed to go there again and all I did was ask for an extra napkin to clean up my 2 year old with I still have not been able to get a manager's phone number so I can report this it is the worst customer service I've ever doubt...

Come here often disappointed with the service won’t be back. Went to get some ice cream with my family purchased 2 cones a large and a medium. The large was fine however the medium looked more like a xs. I asked tho worker (who let me know she was the owner) if she could add some more to the cone and I pay the 30 cent difference being that the cone was so small. She told me she couldn’t take it back in the window, and that I would have to buy a whole new ice cream cone. I explained that I come all the time and I’ve never had an ice cream cone this small, I asked if she could put me a little in a cup and I pay the 30 cents. She said yes (with an attitude) she took my money and threw it on the counter and gave me a thimble of extra ice cream. SAD I WILL NO LONGER BE SUPPORTING THIS BLACK BUSINESS (which is the only reason we went out our way to come here) I’ll take my money to DQ or cold stone. HIRE ACTUAL WORKERS (with a more positive attitude) IF YOU HATE WORKING...

Not sure what's going on but i was a bit disappointed with the quality of the products i received. Twice i was disappointed. I really want to like this place. The first time i ordered extra items on my Sunday and i received a very dry strawberry sunday no extra strawberry's which i paid for. The cake was dry and it didn't have any juice on my sunday. I chocked. The second time i ordered the same thing and told them i didn't receive what i ordered on my last trip. This time it was lacking ice cream. I can never finish my Sunday's this time i went home wanting more as i didn't have enough ice cream. I had a big hole in my sunday. I was upset as i again paid extra to get what i wanted and didn't leave satisfied. I really want to like this place but the quality of service is lacking. Customer service needs to be improved. I may try again later...
