Update to the rude owner response !!!!

I have not ever seen a manger that kick people out because they appreciate his store and chose it to do a birthday party!!

Still a very rude owner and bad and inhospitable place

I recommend you to watch the video again to see the way you talked to us and maybe take some etiquette lessons in the future to learn how to deal with customers

FYI, I’m not sure how that skipped your mind but if everyone of these 20 people you insulted that day wrote a bad review and rated you, I assure you that your store will not hold another year.

Very rude owner !! We were a small group of people went to surprise and celebrate our friend birthday at his store , we brought our cake since this store only sell ice cream. Most of use bought ice cream from him before we cut the cake and he even refused to give us some plastic plates and forks and made us pay for it and then while we sitting down enjoying our time, he came out shouting to grab our attention saying he is not welcoming groups and he is a small business and he completely ruined the birthday party for an 18 year old girl and embarrassed her in front of her friends and family and made us all feel bad and embarrassed . Absolutely LOVE Aux Delices! From the friendly staff to craft ice cream, I couldn’t think of a better place to enjoy dessert!

I’ve been going to the Port Warwick location since they opened. The owners are always seeking feedback on their flavors and have even asked for suggestions on future flavors. While that of itself is not unusual, it was unusual to go in a week or two later and see my suggestion in the freezer!

Recently visited their new Klin Creek and loved that location just as much. The space is very welcoming an Klin Creek is lucky to have them and even more lucky the Port Warwick crowd agreed to share them.

Wow. Just wow. Words can hardly capture how incredible my experience with Aux Delices has been. I flew in from Chicago, a city full of amazing food, and I still haven’t found ice cream anywhere that comes close to what I had here. And trust me, I’ve been looking.

You can truly tell that every (homemade) scoop was made with care. But what really makes Aux Delices unforgettable is the people!! The owners & staff welcome you like family, talk with you like old friends, and create the kind of warmth that makes you want to come back again and again.
