First time (and probably last) time order from Fortune Garden. This is my honest review. I give the review two stars. I got the Shrimp with lobster sauce & Fried Rice combination with wonton soup ($8.95) for take-out. OK...overall, not impressed with my dinner. Here's why: First the best part of the meal, the shrimp was cooked perfectly, not overly cooked and it was plump. That's the good of this dinner plate. Now the not-so-good.... I got the fried rice with my order. Upon opening my container it looked like brown rice. No vegetables, no scrambled egg, no pork. Just somewhat flavorless brown fried rice that I had to use both packets of soy sauce on afterwards to give that rice some kind of flavor. The sauce with my shrimp with lobster sauce was overly runny, in fact I noticed raw egg whites throughout the sauce which didn't turn white. As a matter of fact not many white egg specks that you would normally find in the sauce of "shrimp with lobster sauce". It wasn't too bad but not really good either. The wonton soup that I received seemed to have a spoiled meat taste in the center of the actual wontons (you get 2). Whatever meat they placed in the center of the wonton was already rotten when it was made (assuming it was made in-restaurant). One bite into the center of the wonton and the rancid, spoiled taste took over. The broth was nice, though, but damn that wonton. I believe the meat in the center was out of date or they used meat that was already past the expired date in the center of that wonton for the soup. I even got a second opinion which confirmed this spoiled taste. My egg roll was just okay. It had more of a frozen store bought texture and flavor and not real crunchy either. I don't think they make them fresh there. It tasted prepackaged. My egg roll was a bit smaller than the egg rolls you get in most Asian restaurants. Maybe I picked a bad day to get my take-out from Fortune Garden. Overall, I wish the meat in that wonton soup didn't taste spoiled. Biting into the center of the wonton had me quickly sipping on some water to get that nasty rotten meat taste out of my mouth, it was quite disgusting and I've had my share of wonton soup from other establishments in my life. This one didn't cut it. And the fried rice was nothing to write home about, it was just so boring and flavorless. Portion-wise it was about the same amount as you would get in a typical lunch special plate even though I got the combination plate and paid more. Sorry Fortune Garden, I won't be ordering...

Ambiance Koi Sushi has a modern and stylish atmosphere, with simple design and good lighting. The staff are friendly and efficient, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Food The dishes I ordered included: California Roll: Classic version, well-made and fresh in taste. Salmon Sashimi: Exquisite cut, fresh and delicious salmon. I never said I put sauce on the fish. Lets be clear.. your quality of fish is mediocre at best. The cut and taste of the fish is not great. Also, your rice is bland. It is the rice and the fish quality that make it a bad experience , NOT anything to do with sauces. And now instead of trying to service recover or improve your business, your response calling a customer foolish is also a good reason to avoid ever trying this again. They have mexican burritos on the menu... that should be evidence enough that the japanese food is not good enough. Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere:
