Arby's — Restaurant in Port Huron Charter Township

Went through drive-through to order a classic roast beef sandwich and a medium shake. I've been having a lot of issues with eating this year due to depression that's the one thing that usually sounds good when I'm not hungry and I need to eat something. I immediately started eating the sandwich right after I left the drive thru. About 2 bites in I realized the middle was cold. (The meat in the middle was cold). So I went right back & went inside they didn't really seem to care. I was willing to accept the replacement while I was standing there waiting the man who was working the fries with coughing all over his hand!!! Instant deal breaker for me. I used to LOVE this place - I'm not sure what happened?!?! I feel they've always been a little pricey, but I felt the food was worth it... up until the past few months for whatever reason. The second half of my order has been "forgotten" to be put in the bag more times than not, I've received cold food (like partially solid mozzerella sticks, cold and stiff roast beef, cheese or buns), bone-dry, bland curly fries, flat soda, and HORRIBLE customer service from employees. I'm not a hostile, rude person and I don't believe I come across as one? I feel I've been more than patient enough any time I've had to go back for my order to be corrected, but not one single time has any employee addressed the slightest apology or bothered to express the acknowledgement of their mistakes. customers beware I came here tonight to get a Arby’s sandwich and what did I see at the back door where they get all their deliveries ..
